I saw her on the news and she claimed that printing more dollars would cause short term inflation, the rising prices would then allow producers to have a higher profit which would encourage them to increase supply, which would stabilize the prices and solve the various shortages. The problem is that the inflation is only due in part to larger money supply. The primary cause is decreased production and increased production costs due to the various green decisions that have been made in the last year. I'm not sure if she's a complete imbecile, a hard-core ideologue or both- right now I'm leaning toward both.

I doubt if your in that income level. I think there was 700 people who would have to pay. I've sold a mutual fund for a loss invested in a similar fund . The market went up but got to take the capital loss on the first fund.

i suspect that when the government gets desperate for cash, they will lower the income level needed. remember that a consistent saver on a average income can amass more than a million dollars in his retirement account. i suspect, that a million dollars will be pretty attractive when the rich guys move out or are broke!

I am contemplating re-entering the country as an illegal immigrant separated from a rented child--4ooK would pay for a lot of safari action. Anyone (particularly died in the wool dems) willing to stand up and cheer for 400K payments to illegal immigrants?

Instead of wasting it on that sewer sludge, why don't those freaks give it to us veterans who actually did something for this country?

A lot of people have no imagination. It's all in the plan to pay off the debt, say there are a million people that qualify for the $450K; so that would be $450 billion; BUT the IRS will be charging income tax and that amount is (according to those advocating Fair Share) 99%, So $446 billion would be going back into the treasury, which would pay for about a third of the infrastructure bill being considered. If Bidet can get another couple million people to claim separation, the entire project would be paid. How else do you think he can whisper that it won't cost a penny.

They are out to destroy the middle class and the dollar. The great reset. The sad thing is a huge number of people are aiding and enabling them. I can't get my head around anyone suggesting or supporting $450,000 for someone who came here illegally when the average worker in the USA doesn't even have a retirement fund let alone a net worth of $450,000. Our government is corrupt and broken and the whole world knows it and is a much more dangerous place because of it.

This also perpetuates the "myth of America" to people who want to go there illegally. A lot of people, from low and middle income countries, are delusional when it comes to how life in America is. They literally seem to think that everyone in the US lives like a millionaire. By telling them that you can get 450K ( a huge sum of $$$ pretty much anywhere in the world including in America) it will just open the floodgates. As it plays into their mythical narrative of everyone in the US being a millionaire and that $$$ grows on trees here. What they do not realize is that the median net-worth for a US household is around 100K. Quite a ways away from 450K.

Yet i think what a lot of these people don't realize is that if you live in a middle income country, like Mexico. and you make the median salary there- if you immigrate to America your quality of life will not improve all that much. Lets assume, which is a big if, that when they come to America they earn the median American salary. Yes they are paid in America maybe 3-4x higher than what they made in Mexico but the cost of living in America is also more expensive. So you won't exactly have all that much more in America. Especially if in your home country you have your own house/apartment and don't pay rent or a mortgage.

But if you are an unskilled general laborer in Mexico and you come to America you are not likely to become an American millionaire. Well unless the US government gives you 450K...

I beg to differ. If this is what the type of housing they are running from:

And they are coming to this type of housing in the US, and they own a car, there is a huge improvement, and for them living like this is like living like kings in the country they came from.

Not justifying their actions, just pointing the facts

At the entrance to the United States, an immigration officer asks a legal immigrant: "Where are you going?". "To Santa Barbara." "And why exactly there?". "And I know everyone there."

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.

Hello:
I’ll take the .375 Whitworth for $1,150 if the deal falls through.
Thanks .
