I have not read the GA state case yet, but I suspect its like the others. Trump will win on appeal, because the government has not brought case that can hold up on appeal. IMO they are designed only to keep Trump out of the Whitehouse, but doubtful. I think there are three of the charges in the Florida charges that are not exempt from the Presidential Records Act. The DC cases good luck proving Trump did not believe that the election was stolen. And the NYC case, as I understand the state has still not filed a "Bill of Particulars" which is several months late.

Thanks for giving a legal perspective to the cases.

The swamp speaketh.....
Isn't that the Trump and supporters' playbook? Anyone that disagrees with them is either a RINO or a member of the swamp.

Are you going to tell me that Trump attacking the Iowa governor for staying neutral (as per precedent) is an example of winning friends?

In the immortal words of Dale Carnegie "If You Want to Gather Honey, Don't Kick Over the Beehive".

So ......The elderly Utah man who made some left handed threat's towards Biden, was gunned down by the KGB for ALLEGEDLY pointing a firearm at them, after they showed up with a search & arrest warrant.

The only witnesses were the KGB themselves.

We all know what fine and upstanding human beings these agents are, and that they WOULD NEVER LIE to the american people.

What would have happened had the Utah man been a Trump hater?

Asking for a friend.

Remember this girl and her media appearances?

Evidently the Fulton County DA knew they had a problem with the Grand Jury Foreperson. She must have been replaced as her name was not on the jury list.

I think its fairly obvious to most not suffering some level of TDS, that the whole of the massive number of indictments against Trump, which BTW are enough to jail him for at least 5 lifetimes, is purposely and illegitimately a case of persecution as never before seen in this country.

As Dershowitz said yesterday, we are two bananas closer to becoming a Banana Republic. The damage done to this country is not because of Trumps mouth, its because of prosecutorial overreach and outright misconduct, purposely directed by the sitting president and his crooked DOJ.

The loss of confidence in our legal system has completely tanked since about the time Trump came down the escalator and throughout his presidency when it became patently obvious to most, that the SWAMP on both sides wanted him gone, and were willing to use any means to make that happen.

But then you hear 'oh well sure, that was not right, but his mouth, OMG his mouth, if he would just shut the F up, his mouth is the real problem in this world.'

Yeah,,,right.....

...

I agree with you there. I think the only legitimate charge could be obstruction of justice if he really directed his people to delete videos.

That being said the whole FL case is self-inflicted. Trump thought the rules did not apply to him and gave ammunition to DOJ to go after him for a variety of charges.

DC and Georgia are fluff and a big reach as is the NYC case. However, he still is not making friends.

Both positions are correct, as far as I can tell. The judicial system has been hijacked to carry out a political vendetta….AND….Trump is a narcissistic blowhard unfit to be President.

Then there is this as well.

Could have been written by Olga Skabeyeva or Vladimir Solovyov. But heck, Larry Johnson did spend 4 years as a junior analyst in the CIA, then moved to State for a time - seems to have been focused on counterterrorism - Now he offers a discourse on the military situation in Ukraine. Why on earth would we ever consider what he says critically?

Here is a small example of other data out there that helps avoid cognitive bias.

It is a summary of a Swiss casualty study. I will have to add US estimates of total casualties, but most US and British analysts agree that Russia is losing three to four wounded for every KIA.

He lost me at paragraph 2. “Despite the claims from Western propaganda, Russia has shied away from inflicting mass civilian casualties.” That‘s a bald-faced lie.

Maybe because his opinion does not fit the Biden narrative...btw the way, support for our continued involvement in Ukraine is toast.
If Biden thinks its a good idea, it has to be very suspect at best.

Its a political persecution, no more no less.

GASP! You mean like telling someone their hood is showing?

Let that hypocrisy flow thru you, Padawan.

Not because stopping Russian expansion isn't in our critical interests, but because Biden supports it. That is frankly the sort of logic one expects on other subjects from Rachel Maddow.

If Trump were President, there would be no war in Ukraine. No lives lost, billions of dollars saved.

That's something the TDS crowd can't wrap their heads around.

And how is that working out for ya? Nobody knows where this ends up, not you or I or anybody else. It could go either way or a different way.
But for a country 32 trillion in debt, I can think of better ways to use OUR tax dollars, can't you?

Well Joe, my guess is that on this subject and others involving decisions made by Joe, the followers of Madcow and she herself would probably agree with your position more than they ever would mine.
You feel the same about Trump as I do about Biden, sheer disgust.

No

That does not mean we aren't wasting trillions under Biden. It just means from a national interest perspective, one has absolutely nothing to do with the other.

You are missing the point. I feel exactly as you do about Biden. I am far more interested, at least on this subject, that we do what is in our clear national interests regardless of which demented octogenarian is in the White House.

And yes, I think they are both demonstrably unworthy of the White House.

An excellent AH member right here! I had a fantastic transaction with Hornedfrogbbq (I was the seller). His communication was first rate, payment was extremely fast, and I would have absolutely no reservations at all dealing with him again. Thank you, F!
Here we are, the last day of the show in Denver, it's been a good show but expecting a quiet day today. I will be back for-sure to do this show next year and maybe also do the one in Sacramento California.

On Monday I will be hitting the road driving from Denver and eventually make it down to Atlanta for the flight home.

its going to be a good year!

Hi Rem280, Saw your post on getting selected for Idaho Elk. Do you have a zone(s) selected? I live in N Idaho, might be able to offer some ideas.

Cheers,

Craig
