Any time an officer fires his/her weapon (other than training) he/she is immediately placed on administrative leave and a review of the shooting is conducted. the officer is asked to recall the sight picture for every round fired, what was between the gun and the target and what was behind the target. If the sight picture did not have a part of the body of the target that would lead to incapacitation, or worse, was not on the target, or even worse, involved an innocent that happened to be behind the target, why was the trigger pressed? Given the circumstances of the shooting, the outcome that the bad shooter died and that there was no collateral damage or injuries it ends well- but God help us from the ambulance chasers that would have come out of the woodwork had it ended with some bystander being hit by a ricochet fragment.
Pretty sure any of the bystanders would tell you they would gladly risk being hit by a ricochet fragment vs the outcome the shooter had in mind! Courageous citizen and deserves to be acknowledged for his heroism.

I was being facetious in my remarks about conscription your newest German citizens of middle-eastern decent.. Of course they won't serve or fight. They hate everything about the West except for the naiveté our woke benevolence..

In all seriousness, it's really not a bad idea to offer required military service as a condition of immigration and eventual citizenship. I'd like to see that happen here in the USA.
How times have changed. In the 1960s when I was stationed in the Philippines young men and women would line up for a block to enlist in the US military. 6 years active duty got them US citizenship.

This is someone whom the left/ anti gun acivists present as an "expert" on firearms:

Yet this man shoots an AR-15 like a 5 year old... Even though this Hertling is a retired general officer, (I am shocked), I would imagine he did not have a combat MOS....
The first shooter (in blue) appears to be the reporter. The officer (in black) actually handles the rifle without looking like an idiot

Prior to the election, Biden stated that if the Presidency got to much for him he would 'get an illness' and resign handing the Presidency to the VP.

Move forward 2 years, his approval ratings are at an all time low, the pending mid-terms look to be a red landslide, Biden shows increasing signs of diminished mental capacity, confusion, claims of cancer etc. Now he announces he has Covid, but no-one is willing to look for how he got it, his close contacts are continuing their normal work and meeting schedules, he poses for photos maskless.

Is this genuine or are you about to have "President Harris" imposed on you.

That is much worse than what we have now. They both have to go. To those who voted for them: You wanted it, you voted for it, you got it, now shut the hell up and live with it. I DID NOT.

Am I seeing a graceful way for Joe to move on, Kamala steps up, she appoints a new VP and steps aside in 2024 for the VP to run..anyone want to speculate who she appoints as VP. Maybe a member of the shadow government that is now directing Joe. Maybe, just maybe, a well known name from the past WH days. No…No….No…not Rosalind Carter.

246 years ago America told George III to take a flying leap. Now, George's great great great great great great grandson moves to America and proceeds to lambast the country. It's time to revoke the visa and send the henpecked self-righteous little twerp a packing.

Maybe he thinks England will make the case the america rightly belongs to them. Then they will only have to take it away from the Indians again.

It might turn out that immigrants may care more about the country they immigrated to, more than the indigenous people do, and be willing to fight for it.
After the next 5 to 10 years the global maps might have to be redrawn.

They never make known how much they pay out for rounds that miss the perpetrator. Insurance or other pays those. We hear about it if a bystander is killed by friendly fire.

I have read on AH you had some time in Vic Falls after hunting. May I ask you with whom you have planned / organized the Chobe NP tour and the different visits. (with my GF we will have 4 days and 3 nights there)
Thank in advance, I will appreciate your response.
