The question for the DemonRats is: would it be possible to amend the twenty-second amendment to the US constitution, adding a clarification that"no president shall serve more than two CONSECUTIVE terms." prior to the demonRats losing control of the government? If so, they could then run his majesty for a third term. If not they could pull a gov Wallace and run Miss Shale. That would burn Queen Hillary!!
Based on the Durham investigation into Hillary's directing a computer company to hack Trump's server during the 2016 campaign to falsify Trump's alleged collusion with Russia and afterwards the White House server when Trump was president, she SHOULD end up being "Queen" of a cellblock in Federal prison.

An amendment may be proposed by a two-thirds vote of both Houses of Congress, or, if two-thirds of the States request one, by a convention called for that purpose. The amendment must then be ratified by three-fourths of the State legislatures, or three-fourths of conventions called in each State for ratification.

Just about everyone is in agreement that Biden is bad, possibly the worst POTUS ever. And yet he beat Trump, so what does that say? Note: I voted for Trump.

The Dems are almost forced to let Biden-Harris run for re-election. All the Republicans need to do is find a candidate that doesn't have the strong negatives like Trump does and the Whitehouse is there for the taking.

Normally I'd agree with you @375 Ruger Fan .. But Im not sure Biden will be able to make it through another campaign season, debates, etc.. even the primary debates where he'd be forced to face off with a couple of B and C rate contenders would likely drive him completely into the ground.. and everyone around him would be taking the header with him..

It wouldnt surprise me at all if the dems arent already trying to figure out how to get Biden to agree to not running for a second term, and how to keep Kamala from trying to step in as his successor..

They have to know either one of them running in 2024 is suicide for their party..

Jimmy Carters incompetence is what brought on 12 successive years of republicans in the white house.. Biden might just guarantee another 12-16 years for the republicans if they allow him to take the stage in 2024 in another attempt for the throne..

If they find a way to step him down.. they MIGHT have a chance at another 4 years (although highly unlikely after 4 years of outrageous inflation, market turmoil, etc).. but at least they would have a chance at regrouping if they lose to someone like Desantis... and making a legitimate run again in 2028...

If they run him.. I think they risk not holding the whitehouse again until they can find another young, charismatic type like clinton or obama.. that is somewhat centrist... and might have to wait 8-12 years to even have a snowballs chance in hell with that approach...

they know whats at stake.. they dont want a centrist.. and they definitely dont want a republican for the next several cycles...

I bet they are trying very hard right now to figure out a way to put someone like Gavin Newsome or Cory Booker or Mitch Landrieu on the ticket in an attempt to salvage the shit show that they have created..

Not a chance in the world it would be ratified by 3/4‘s of the states (38) regardless what they propose. Republicans control THIRTY state legislatures. No democrat sponsored amendments are going anywhere.

Biden won by default, just as the peanut farmer did when Ford pardoned Nixon. Arguably, two of the worst, if not the worst, presidents in our history winning because the voters didn't like who the sitting presidents were and/or their actions while in office. We'll see if interest rates hit the high double digits like they did when Carter was in office. Inflation is already there/here now!

I have seen that video footage (Biden/Obama) a half dozen times on various news shows. Frankly, it gets harder to watch every time I see it. I did not like Biden before, but it's hard to have a genuine dislike or disrespect of someone when they're clearly not mentally competent; I actually hurt for him when I see this. I cannot imagine his wife has any real love for him, if she allows this to happen. What angers me to no living end is the people propping him and playing pretend. They deserve a special kind of punishment for the indignities and embarrassment they have brought to Joe Biden as a person and the office of the President.
Especially that overbearing arrogant darky asshole.

Saw an article about that red-headed d-list has-been who held a bloody replica head of trump's head, pissing and moaning about "the Elon Musk army" and the "Tim Pool army" and the "Joe Rogan army" just "viciously attack" anybody who disagrees with them.

I was laughing so hard, I almost spit my tobacco on the screen.

For those who don't know, Rogan and Pool both lean left, and no idea what Musk's politics are.

FWIW, I listen to Rogan and Pool pretty regularly. They're the sort of dudes you could sit down and drink a couple beers with, disagree about a lot, and still be buddies when it's over.

He didn't beat Trump--hundreds of thousands of "trumped up" ballots, delivered in the middle of the night across state line plus other shenanigans "beat" Trump. Still makes me sick...so don't ever ask me or others to parrot the line that he was legitimately ousted!

That's the process for an Amendment. What I'm wondering about is: a clarification of an existing amendment. the house and senate could approve the clarification and it would be up to the Supreme court to let it stand or not.

No such process exists. What you are describing would require the full method of a new amendment.
Typically, the clarification is made via the court system where a test case makes it's way through the courts and is heard by the SCOTUS. Depending on how broad the decision is, sometimes there isn't as much clarification as some would like.
The only way the legislature can "clarify" an amendment is to pass a new law. Typically, this method tends to muddy the water, not clear it up.

Well, let’s hope Biden runs again just like Carter. He will get trounced, like Carter, if we can nominate someone besides Trump. The problem is that the MSM will give Trump all the attention, like they did before the 2016 election, and take all the oxygen out of the room from the other Republican candidates. The MSM will focus on Trump so that Biden will have a better chance of winning.
