My impression of the DemonRats political agenda can be summed up in one plank: The earth would be better off if there were NO people. There are a few ways to achieve this, so it will be interesting to see which they favor.

Wonder how else this ruling can be used.

There have been several events through history that were "mostly peaceful", so calling the recent riots/destruction mostly peaceful has a lot of precedent. Let's see, there was Dec 7, 1941 a beautiful Sunday morning in Honolulu, Sept 11, 2001 a bright morning in New York, and Sept 11, 2012 in Libya- all mostly peaceful days, just a few minutes where the definition of peaceful got stretched..

Trump's presidency is mostly peaceful ... and America is mostly great ... (many people are saying) ...

I am totally baffled as to why this fellow is being charged. He was on his back and being beaten. Have we lost our right to self defense? If he hadn’t shot and they had killed him would they have been charged or would that have been a peaceful protest?

The authorities had better get serious about stopping antifa, BLM, et al. Patience is in short supply.

To me, the kid looked way out of his depth. Based only on the little evidence available through the media, I think the shootings were self defense, but its unlikely to matter. It's not clear from the reporting as to whether he is remanded in custody or has been released on bail. If he is in custody, its unlikely he'll survive. Nothing I saw in his demeanor suggested the level of strength required. Without extensive 24/7 protection he'll be subject to repeated bashings, intimidation and rape. If he lives long enough to face trial its unlikly that he'll still be intact physically or psychologically. Truly sad.
