I have a long post about the legal rationale behind insider trading by Congress. Congressmen have no fiduciary duty to the company or shareholders and do not expropriate the company’s property.

The thing I’m most concerned about is some off their rocker Trump supporter does something really stupid.
Also I doubt Trump can keep his mouth shut and say something really stupid and the judge sentences him to prison immediatly so he can’t campaign.

The second indictment guaranteed Trump the Republican nomination. Fourth indictment just added to his support.

I don't know what the Democrats will do in the swing states to fix the election this year, but in a pre 2020 election scenario this verdict wins Trump the presidency.

The conviction today raises Trump's share of black voters by 20%+ by November.

If the judge puts Trump in jail for even a day, all six swing states go to Trump and the non swing states of VA, CO, MN, NH and ME come into play.

Sad day for America. Massively positive day for Trump IMHO.

I think youre odds are a little on the light side..

tax trial is in California.. no doubt he will walk there..

child support trial in Arkansas MIGHT get a little traction... but I dont see the courts convicting him there either..

the federal gun trial is in Delaware.. The Big Guy's home of record since 1953... no court, federal or state, is convicting Hunter there..

I might put 35:1 odds on Hunter walking... the only reason he doesnt get 100:1 is the Arkansas case..

Don’t be surprised if the democrat judge max’s his sentence out at 20 years. They’ve railroaded him since day one. This isn’t about justice, it’s about hatred and the communists fighting to maintain control so the final nails can be driven into the coffin to bury a once great nation.

I sincerely hope youre right... Im not a Trump fan by any stretch.. but if my choice is Trump or Biden.. I'll take Trump...

That said.. Im not nearly as certain that this is a net positive for Trump..

The country has become the epitome of bread and circuses.. and I no longer have any faith that we the people have a clue about whats really going on, much less care.. its more about what is entertaining us today than what is going to impact our tomorrow..

Appeals take time and will certainly be after the election. A sham case like this is easily picked apart by any appeals court……, except New York where the leftist rule is cemented firmly in place. It will eventually work its way to the SCUS.

For what it is worth, I was thinking about voting Kennedy. Not now.

I'm not sure he gets 20% but I am guessing the African America turn out is down quite a bit. African American males under the age of 30 are bailing on Biden at an unbelievable pace.

People are finally figuring out, regardless of what the msm says, that the NY, GA, FL and DC cases are part of a planned, timed and coordinated effort from the DOJ and Whitehouse involving Lisa Monaco, Andrew Weissman, Norm Eisen, Jay Blatt, Matthew Colangelo, Jack Smith plus many others to keep Trump tied up in legal battles so he can't campaign throughout the campaign season and tar him with indictments and convictions, plus try to bankrupt him.

Regarding the black vote, a Trump conviction resonates within the black community. He is now one of them. Watch the next couple of months. Black men in droves will be coming out to support Trump.
