Sooooooo who’s got their order in for Trump trading cards?
Well, here's some more lazyassness(?) for ya. I just read an article this morning where 48% of 18-29 year olds in the US are still living at home with their parent(s). The highest rate since the 1940s! Of course back then, WW2 and the Great Depression got in the way and I'm sure most were living at home helping their parents with the ranch/farm. Anyway, 51% percent stated they were living at home to save on paying rent. However, only 1 in 5 of the stay homers even pay rent and that 1 is paying $500 or less/month. 36% stated they were living at home to save for the future. Commendable. Then the A** KICKER is revealed! The sales of MASSIVE amounts of LUXURY items are being sold to these same basement dwellers. A rep for a site keeping track of this, stated the huge increase of luxury items sales is tracked back to the 18-29 yoas! More student loan forgiveness anyone? Absolutely astounding! It's frightening how true that is. You also had chores to do. Responsibilities. Accountability. You earned any allowance. It kills me when I hear people say they have to pay their kid to take out the garbage or clean their room. Payment in my day was avoiding a crack to the back of the melon that would lift my feet off the ground if I didn't do the things expected. You learned respect. You did not get paid not to be a lazyass.
More like sickening. Back in my day when you graduated High School you were expected to get a job and your own place or go to college. If you lived at home you paid room and board.Well, here's some more lazyassness(?) for ya. And with the rest of your money, I'll bet you were out buying LUXURY items? LOL Your right, sickening is more appropriate. Doesn't bode well for the future of our country.More like sickening. The good old days. Now most high school kids would think you're speaking a foreign language. They are not familiar with the words "gross, net, board, cig, qts or God".First real job, 46.00 a week gross, 38.00 net
10.00 off the top to Ma for room/board ,car insurance 10.00
Camel Cig .23 x20, fill up the tank 18gallons at 0.23= 4.14
beer 6 qts food, about 8.00
Candy Bars an coke from the vending machine at work because I ran out of money
thank God Beer was .50 a Qt and I could do most of my own car repairs
Even the rather right leaning sites are not getting this nonsense.Sooooooo who’s got their order in for Trump trading cards?
Nope. Didn't earn enough for any luxuries at $4.00 a day in the woods. Enough for a tank of gas on the weekend (25 cents/gal), pack of cigs once a week (25 cents), a few clothes. We did go rollerskating Sat nites. That took a few bucks. I did that for about a year, worked on a road crew for a year, then enlisted in the Navy. And with the rest of your money, I'll bet you were out buying LUXURY items? PT Barnum was right….but he vastly underestimated the birth rate of suckers. When Trump is hyping digital cards, it's not a good sign.
Edit: I stand corrected, sold out, raised $4,365,000 in less then 24 hours.

Yep, just made 4.3 mil off what are certainly his most loyal supporters. The money doesn't even go to his campaign - just his pocket. I wonder how many of his working class supporters who "invested" in one or more of these things realize they are making the rich man richer. When Trump is hyping digital cards, it's not a good sign.
