I did it! I bit the bullet..,, you wont believe it!

@sestoppelman
I love it, maybe it was a sign of things to come back then. I ain't seen nipples like that on any woman I've been with tho ( unfortunately).
A double, big nipples, fine pussy and a good Bundy, a man would be in heaven. What a dream. You will have the double now time to work on the rest.
Bob
Dont forget the Vegemite!!:LOL:

Nope, a 243 double, just to piss off @Bob Nelson 35Whelen :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
@PARA45
if @sestoppelman Scott got a 243 anything I would be surprised. I think he has more brains than to waste his time an garbage.
If Scott did get a 243 I would demand a FULL psychological work up to find out what went wrong.
Scott has class mate he has even dabbled with a 35 Whelen. Now that's REAL CLASS.
Bob

OK boys, here it is. These are listing pics as I dont have it in hand yet, should be a few days, but I dont want to add to the anxiety level, LOL.

@sestoppelman - well played my friend. Had us all going with this one.

Congratulation on the new double.

That engraving is just simply awesome ...... ful. At least yours has a single set of sights. The old Kodiak had a set for each barrel - who says doubles need that regulating thing.
Have not had one of these before and have read that regulation can be iffy, but we shall see.

I have always wanted one of these and this was on GB for $500 and I was the only bidder. There are two more on GB right now, one for $600 and the other higher yet.

Looks like it will be a lot of fun.

Have been playing with front stuffers since the late 70's and was just shooting a recent acquisition yesterday at the range. A Pedersoli Pennsylvania long rifle in .45 cal. It was a hoot.

Scott you stole it. Be warned tho the next step it a lot more expensive. A nice sabatti or Hymen in 470 then comes the H&H double. Owning a double is like owning an R8, never ending things to go up the ladder.
Bob

I guess you guys can see I was having a bit of fun with you, hope you can weather the disappointment of not seeing a fancy sidelock Hollands today and instead getting to see some goofy Spanish made CVA!!

LOL!!:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::A Outta:

Nice SxS BP rifle! You ought to hunt a Bison here with it. Although, I was hoping it was a DR in .465 H&H. You'd be the first one here or anywhere else with one. Maybe next time? LOL

Should be an interesting toy to play with. Have fun.

The regulation on the BP doubles is always interesting to get down pat. Have a friend that has a original 16 bore round ball double. He developed a load that shot well in each barrel then worked to get them to shoot together to the sights. Shooting Swiss 2ffg one barrel required 10 gr more powder than the other but he has it shooting 3 1/2 4 shot groups at 65 meters.

I am sure it will be a challenge. My plan is to shoot conical's in this rifle, so we shall see.

Trying to be a bridge between Eastern and Western schools of conservation.

Nugget here. A guide gave me the nickname as I looked similar to Nugent at the time. Hunting for over 50 years yet I am new to hunting in another country and its inherent game species. I plan to do archery. I have not yet ruled out the long iron as a tag-along for a stalk. I am still deciding on a short list of game. Not a marksman but better than average with powder and string.
