I’m also an “out of Texas” guy. I’ve had great dove hunts in Seymour TX with Ranger Creek Ranch. I’ve hunted them in George West and near Raymondville. Also, check out Texas Dove Hunters Association. They are online and there are adds for numerous outfitters who specialize in dove hunts.

I did some consulting work for Winchester back in the day. If I remember correctly, one of their marketing folks told me the National average was 4 birds per box! Needless to say, the Winchester folks love dove season!
