U.S Election reactions

Got trapped into watching some of the "morning" shows for the last couple of days. I love the way they are STILL playing video clips of the crying and distraught whiners from Tuesday night. It's gonna take a good corn crop this year to go with the salt harvest.

I am pleased with the election returns this year. Having said that, with a Republican House and Senate, and a semi-republican President, we better see exceptional results and soon. No more whining and hand-wringing and partisanship. Get with it!!!

Protests by Black Lives Matter and the rest of the Non Working Liberal Scum in St Paul Minnesota last Night. If they spent as much time working as they do Protesting they would be to tired to March

Or have the time to protest. LOL, some bunch of college students walked out of class today in protest. Give me a break. Reminds me of when Reagan passed the protesters with signs reading "Make Love. Not War" and his comment was: "They don't look like they could make either one".

I'm happy for everyone, especially giving the DNC what they deserve. Though I have to admit, I have some gay and trans friends that are just a bit worried. Any advice? I know u guys have been on this Earth much longer than I have.

Tell them to watch Trump's convention speech where he talked about equal rights for the LGBT community. Their fears have been over blown by reading too much of the Huffington Post.

Hearing some good names being mentioned for potential cabinet positions, so that's encouraging. I also hope that people that complain about the electoral college part of the presidential election process take note: Neither candidate won a majority (50% + 1 vote). Hillary actually had about 200,000 more votes than Trump. Take away the electoral college and Hillary would have won based on a plurality. Take away the electoral college and politicians will only campaign in big cities. It's the electoral college and keeps the smaller, less populated states significant in the presidential election.
You are exactly right, that's what makes people's votes in small states count. Also last time I checked the totals for a few states were still yet to be tallied so, it begs the question if Hillary actually did win the popular vote. If she did and those are the final total numbers it was pretty much a toss up. 200,000 votes in a country of this population is isnt a drop of piss in the ocean. It really does however show just how divided we have become as a nation and scares the hell outta me for my kids.

They wouldnt need all this free shit they want either.

I don't remember the republicans rioting when Barry got elected! I may have missed the riots due to being in the fetal position in the closet clinging to my guns and bible!
What a bunch of POS kids, if that was my kid, I would beat the white off him for wasting my money sending him to school. Crazy how emotional people get, the pussification of the US is appalling.

Take away all the dead people that voted and the machines that were set up and I bet that 200k goes away. I have no doubt she rigged things, they just underestimated the deplorables!

All the people who bitch that Hillary won the popular vote and think that somehow means she should be president would do well to remember that both of them campaigned for electoral votes. Had the election been for popular votes, both parties would have employed different campaign strategies; there is no way to know what the outcome would have been under those circumstances.

Absolutely Correct Sir!

That's a great point!

I don't understand this irrational fear that the LGBT folks have about Trump. I don't think he gives a damn about it one way or the other, nor should he. Seriously, tell such people to calm down, he cannot by himself change such things and I don't think he has any interest in doing so. He is not a religious zealot type.

If I can speak to the one Hillary supporter or two on this forum, here's something I'd like to say. Life goes on. Your candidate lost, sorry bout that but the world will keep spinning and we'll all be waking up the next day. Chin up.

Yesterday morning :
  • I took down my Trump signs in my yard
  • Took the big Trump sign out the rear window of my car
  • Took the "save freedom, defeat Hillary" stickers of the side windows
We won, move on, - right ?
So this morning I get up and watch some news and see all the anti-Trump "protests".
So if that crap is still going on Monday, my signs go back up.
(It's my first amendment too.)

I'm your huckelberry......

did any of you see the video of the guy that kept getting his Trump signs stolen? He electrified the sign and setup a video camera to capture the moment when the thief came back. The dude will think twice about stealing anothet sign

I hope that if there is a dramatic change here, that it will spread to Europe and possibly wipe out the UN. If that happens, you might see a dry up of liberal funds which have ruined parts of Africa with there globalist welfare crap and suppressed the working people that support all of South Africa ( I believe there are only 5 million South Africans who actually pay all the bills for the 55+ million). Non the less, it will be interesting. Almost biblical, if you know what I mean.

If I were elected President,, day one. Empty out the UN building and turn it into a Wal Mart! Send all the current occupants home or elsewhere. Get a Real Job and stop mucking about!
