This is probably Trump's best way forward. Show substantial fraud, but also show "unequal" and make it all about the 14th Amendment. ie: Republican observers not allowed in or near counters, mail in votes not needing signatures or ID while those voting in person had to show, etc.

If the courts strike down a category of votes, then the decision comes down to the state legislatures of probably four states. If two States decide not to seat electors then it comes down to the individual State delegation in the House of Representatives.

I am continually amazed by the wisdom of the convention that put the Constitution together 230 years ago. Amazing people!

If all of the votes cast by dead, ineligible, others, and multiple castings were eliminated it is clear that Trump would have won by a landslide. However it is unlikely that the election will be disqualified and the DemonRats will soon have their president. I'd say that in less than 90 days from January 20 the Bidet will no longer be in power and will be replaced by Ms Horrible. The response of all Americans (except those noted) will be to reject the DemonRat party as nothing more than a bunch of rats. The Constitutional way to do this is at the polls in 2022 and 2024 to vote the DemonRats out of existence. They have 30 days before the electors finalize the electoral votes. This scenario is much more complicated then Bush Vs. Gore.

I'm not a defeatist, however, I can see the writing on the wall. These people will need a miracle hat trick.

The House of Representatives is going to be narrowly held by the Democrats. Republicans should have at least 210 seats. Possibly as narrow as 220/215.

Pelosi will loose her position as Speaker. The lead will be so narrow that the far left will have more impact than their numbers dictate. AOC and her squad will leverage their position as much as possible. Democrat house members in red districts or red states are in a tenuous position as they approach the next election.

Look for the next two years to be dysfunctional in the House.
