This is probably Trump's best way forward. Show substantial fraud, but also show "unequal" and make it all about the 14th Amendment. ie: Republican observers not allowed in or near counters, mail in votes not needing signatures or ID while those voting in person had to show, etc.
If the courts strike down a category of votes, then the decision comes down to the state legislatures of probably four states. If two States decide not to seat electors then it comes down to the individual State delegation in the House of Representatives.
