We have a constitutional republic. If its current policies do not suit your personal fancy, do something about it. Affect change in the ballot box. If you can't, then perhaps it is time to reevaluate those beliefs and priorities.
I would respectfully suggest affecting change in the ballot box gets a bit futile. To have any chance one needs to work very hard to effect any change ahead of the actual voting. In fact there are several Gentlemen on this board who should offer their services and run for office. School Board, City council, County boards, State Representatives. Or even for a trip to the Swamp and I'm not talking about Buffalo hunting in the delta

@Just Gina and I have become quite fond had a son sent home for wearing a Trump T Shirt... While other students regularly wear Harris shirts. Our friend and his wife stood up to the school. They called every TV station around to tell their story and were turned down. Finally they found one that suggested they use their name with the school. They did and got apologies and their son proudly went back to school wearing his bright red Trump 2024 shirt!
I suggested to our friend he or his wife run for school board. He replied he was on a school board previously in a different local. And just may run!
I think that is a much better way to affect change than simply putting your ballot into the box
Especially if you plan to skip voting for POTUS.
We are admittedly not doing much ourselves. We have 4 banners up on our main highway frontage. Post a few things on the local fb page, stand up publicly and privately for Conservative values and candidates when we have the opportunity. Contribute portions of our wealth to Candidates of our choice.
And Joe my main personal goal this election cycle is to get you to a point that you can cast your vote for Trump. Gina has already purchased a nose clip for you.
You admitted today that Trump seemed more Presidential in his meeting with Zelinsky. And we have 36 days to work on this!
