I know that. I dont know if Garland would be as radical on SCOTUS as the DOJ. I think the guy is simply running on emotions with a vendetta for not being appointed to SCOTUS.
IMO, he's just showing his true colors, rotten to the core. I'd take Gorsuch's left toenail over 10 Merrick Garlands. For all the Trump haters that say he never did anything. - Thank God for that!

It is worth remembering that the only reason Trump had the opportunity to nominate Gorsuch was because of Mitch McConnell. Barak Obama nominated Garland to the supreme court and .Mitch McConnell, then leader of the senate, refused to allow a confirmation vote prior to the election.
Exactly the point of my previous posts. I disagree completely that McConnell is a "swamp rat" because there's a picture of him shaking hands with Biden. I don't agree with everything he's done, but I can't come up with a politician that I do. He's had to work with both sides of the isle and done some great things for this country. I feel bad for him that he seems to be having some health issues. Unfortunately, age catches up to us all. I hope he has the dignity (and spousal support) to phase out and assist in finding the "right" replacement, unlike the current buffoon in office and his awful mutt of a wife who is always right there to push him (and herself) into the spotlight - my idea of true swamp rats.
