Something the Republican party (and its voters) need to think their way through. Kemp and DeSantis have done very well this evening - DeSantis particularly so. Walker is struggling in Kemp's wake and Bolduc in New Hampshire will lose handily. With the exception of Vance - though still not called for him - the Trump endorsements are faring worse than those who have maintained some distance from him. We'll see what happens in Arizona over the next few hours.

I think we would be fools in '24 not to tap into the energy someone like DeSantis brings to the table.

I think the real secret for '24 is to understand that the American electorate is ready to move on from both Trump and Biden. I suspect the democrats will pragmatically figure this out. I am less hopeful we will.

I think Sununu who won the Governor race for New Hampshire again would be a contender for 2024. I just saw him interviewed tonight and I was impressed. Although, I wouldn't be opposed to DeSantis. Actually, I WILL vote for ANY Republican who can remove Brandon and his "travelling circus" from office.

If anything, this election is a political barometer as to how much this country is sliding to the left.

The "left" haven't experienced enough economic pain yet as we ALL experienced in 2008. Many weren't even in the workforce then and have short memories if they were. Very soon that "memory loss" will be reinforced with a stiff dose of reality coming at them like a tsunami!

Senate race is tight, and i dont see as much of a red wave as many were predicting.

You can't have a wave without water, and there is little water in play with both sides frozen into their respective positions.

They'll get MORE FREE Government checks on the backs of those of us that work for a living and pay for it. That's how socialism works. If working people and corporations quit paying for it, socialism fails just as it has throughout the world.

I think you won't need to - I suspect the controllers of the DemonRat party will have someone take-out Brandon and also have a "tragedy" on which to stampede congress into further firearms restrictions and reduction of liberties. Ole Joe has served his purpose and the best use they have for him now is to be a martyr for the cause. I wish it weren't so.

I agree. Ol' Brandon can barely form a sentence without a teleprompter. How could he debate a rival in 2024? No, the Demorats have something planned for 2024 and it doesn't include Brandon or the "wicked witch" from the West. The question is what and who?

GA will have to go to run off, that takes about a month or so before its settled. My hopes were dashed in WA with Patty Murray trouncing Smiley,, as expected. Polls had them as tossup and it was a blowout.

Well, Colorado has voted mostly Demonrat again. 20 years ago, it was probably 60-40 Republican. Then, former Governor and now Senator Hickenlooper brought in all these "tech" jobs to Denver and all the left wing voting ass***** from the West coast moved here and now it's now 60-40 Demonrat. I'm ready to move!
