Ukraine and Russia are both among the most corrupt in the world. Ukraine changes out a corrupt regime and the other side moves in to feed at the trough. The world elites are feeding at the trough. Maybe not directly, but through the oligarchs and their money.
I definitely feel for the people of Ukraine but find it hard to feel sympathy for any of the leadership in Ukraine.

That's the basic problem these days. Politicians or the news media have no problem lying. I believe Facebook is full of Russian trolls. I was looking up what Oligarchs were. Hell we have that here thier just better at it.Or can this possibly be Russian disinformation to weaken international support to Zelensky and Ukraine????? Let's do an audit, starting with Hunter Biden.
If you had a billion stashed away, would you stay and fight or would you leave?
If NATO wasn't spineless, they should send in Bombers, and fighter jets, and blow that 40 mile long Russian convoy back to the stone age.
This could absolutely be true, but considering the source (not you @WheelsUkraine and Russia are both among the most corrupt in the world. The fellow making the claims is, if not actively sympathetic to Russian demands, seems to support a negotiated settlement that recognizes them. He has loudly opposed Zelensky - even when his country is fighting for its life (note the date of this communique).Or can this possibly be Russian disinformation to weaken international support to Zelensky and Ukraine????? it would depend on the markings on the A-10s and the nationality of the pilots. If they were UN planes/pilots or even EU the risk of going nuclear would not be as much as if the US was taking unilateral action. Putin would see it as a clear one-to- one action and retaliate. The backed up convoy does indeed look tempting. A few A-10s could do some serious damage, but at what cost? Potential nuclear war???
Exactly. It would indeed be an act of war, and Putin would be fully justified in launching a full nuclear response against the United States. They have more than enough weapons to make the rubble bounce from coast to coast. And of course, we would order a retaliatory strike while they were in route. The backed up convoy does indeed look tempting. A few A-10s could do some serious damage, but at what cost? Oh good Lord. The UN has no aircraft. The UN has no Army. The UN doesn't even have any black helicopters. National forces are deployed under the aegis of the UN. There would be no doubt whose A-10's those were.it would depend on the markings on the A-10s and the nationality of the pilots. Spoken like a true lifer. Of course the UN has no ability to respond. That's because the UN system of preventing action prevents any action so there is no need to have a method of response. What was said was how the UN should be, not how it is.Oh good Lord. The UN has no aircraft. The UN has no Army.
Perhaps you should have said that then.Spoken like a true lifer. Of course the UN has no ability to respond. That's because the UN system of preventing action prevents any action so there is no need to have a method of response. What was said was how the UN should be, not how it is.
I am not sure how much if that story is true if any. A Billion in a Costa Rican Bank? In Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Cyprus, sure. Maybe Luxembourg, Jersey, Cayman Island, Bahamas, Pamama and some others, but Costa Rica?Ukraine and Russia are both among the most corrupt in the world. What other country A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft, and has pilots trained to fly them?it would depend on the markings on the A-10s and the nationality of the pilots.
In all fairness, last winter here in Texas owed a lot to failure of NG providers to winterize their lines. NG will freeze up, too.Because they see the solution as going with renewable energy not domestic production or refining of fossil fuels. Never mind it is proven to be unreliable as we saw in Texas during last year's blizzard.
They also want to "invest" in public transportation (using union labor, of course) instead of people having individual means of transportation.
Even the most basic research shows that the Party for Life and Ilya Kiva are pro-Russian anti-western Putin puppets. Ask yourself why your giving oxygen to their propaganda.Ukraine and Russia are both among the most corrupt in the world. When you get right down to it, there are only 2 forms of government: oligarchies, and republics. That's the basic problem these days. Politicians or the news media have no problem lying. But, that doesn't change the underlying problem that every W of energy spent building those giant boondoggles is a an absolute waste, and costs us more, no matter how you slice it, than if that fuel had just been burned in a conventional ICE.
A single typical wind turbine has
a base made of 2500 TONS of cement
a tower that's 900 TONS of steel
maybe 100 tons of non-recyclable plastic
just think of the logistics of moving all that out to where they're going to build the tower. Even if we assume a cement truck will carry 50 tons at a time, that still 50 trips worth of Diesel and wear and tear. Nevermind the insane amount of fuel it takes just to make the concrete and refine the iron ore into 900 tons of steel.
