Always good to look at the situation from the Russian state media perspective. To remind, this content only airs with the approval of the Kremlin. These two shows are similar to 60 minutes.

One segment is praising the Republican party and the other a Russian general talking in holy terms of Russia's quest to be the number one nation on the planet. My mama always said we were known by the company we keep.

I bought a few hundred uncirculated, 100 Trillion Dollar Zim notes for a few bucks and gave them away to friends and family. Even put one in the collection plate at Church.

Today on EBay the price is all over the board. A couple years ago they were selling for $200 each. Wish I had been smart enough to fill a couple of suitcases.

Wow, what a cluster! There were plenty of triggers, and red flags that no one took notice of. MFRs, what a joke. He should have been given a verbal counseling, followed by a Letter of Reprimand for disobeying orders, and finally his access should have been removed followed by as a minimum an Article-15 (Non-judicial Punishment).

Now to answer your question, not sure exactly what the issue is here. This is just typical Trump humor, that seems to escape so many, because TDS wont allow them to see his goofy remarks in any way but with anger.
Difference between Trump and Biden in their various claims and self-aggrandizing jokes and comments is that Trump is usually just plain joking but Biden believes every word he says.
How many times has Biden told all those debunked stories that are legion, and then told them again and again.
He just the other day in PA told the debunked story about how his house almost burnt down and almost killed Jill and another time he was worried more about his Vette!
Self indulgent joke? Sure. Offensive? Not at all, its his humor, no more no less.
Biden is a million times more offensive than Trump could ever try to be.

Seriously?!? Who in their right mind equates his debate performance or whatever to battlefield deaths of American soldiers? If some idiot like Flynn said it, Trump should have enough sense never repeat it. If Trump made it up, it is even more despicable. But then again what do I know - you have no problem with it.

Its not so much that Republicans resist , some do to be sure, but not all. The real issue is will Joe negotiate with them over southern border control.
I just read a story a few mintues ago that says Biden is willing to do some pretty bold things that will make the Left set their hair on fire on border issues.
Whether or not it will get both Ukraine funds and border funds rolling remains to be seen.
