Mozambique Pictures

I love the terrain, great picture. The area seems very dry. Is this a typical winter scene?

Pheroze, this is on top of an iselberg mountain, not much grows on them, down below pretty green.

buffybr , last report 3 leopards hitting baits.
GREAT!!! That's the best news that I've had since last week when I got back my Passport with the Mozambique Visa. I'm ready!!

Look at that picture, it doesn't look like I need to pack my rain suit.

Looks that you have a fine operation going there Simon.....beautiful country..

I have wanted to hunt Moz since reading Jose Pardals book about (elephant) hunting there from the early sixties up to 1975..

One day..

@Pondoro , it has taken me a few years to be able to produce these safaris, elephant and sable I am 100% sure of but on leopard, always a great chess game. I am busy playing the chess game with my ph's from 2750km away, but I have full faith in them.

Thanks for the vote of good faith.

You are velcome.....what kind of elephant trophies can be expected down there..?

70 plus is what we aim for, I have seen 90-100 pounders, one 90 pounder plus charged me with a bow hunter, stood 5 yards from me in a mock charge, bow hunter couldn't take the shot.

Those are awesome trophies...(y)

We only hunt 3 elephant a year.

My ph with 2 of 2014 elephants.

I'm ready to rock. I'll crank the poundage up when I land in Moz and we can go for a rematch! :)

Hi Dr. Ray, I will be in Cooktown from Oct 16 to Oct 23 fishing Lizard Island Black Marlin Tournament.

I have several "slack" days after fishing before I head for stay in Sydney and Fiji.

Do you have any recommendations for 1 or 2 day hunt near Cooktown?

I've hunted both DG and PG in 4 different countries in Africa.
Thank you,
Bob

Good morning. I see that you had a Sauer 202 for sale for $3,000. Did you sell it at that price?
I have one for sale as well. I listed it (on here ) at $3,000 as well. Is the price high, low or right where it should be?

Thanks. Alex. [redacted] in case you want to call me to discuss further. I appreciate your time help and support.

Dave, I could use both of them if still available. I just picked up a new .22 mag and a .22 pump that they would be perfect on.
