Let’s put things in perspective, shall we?
Pierre Trudeau (the father of the PM Justin Trudeau) was the Liberal PM of Canada when the Canadian Constitution was amended in 1982. Under his careful supervision the protection of the private property was eliminated from the Canadian Constitution.

The full time ski instructor and part time drama teacher (JT) decided to circumvent the Canadian Parliament and seize lawfully own private property as any respectable socialist dictator would do.
I’m sure that his idol Fidel Castro would be proud of him.
If you missed JT admiration for the dictator, you can refresh your memory reviewing his own words:
The Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, today issued the following statement one death of former Cuban President Fidel Castro:
“It is with deep sorrow that I learned today of the death of Cuba’s longest serving President.
“Fidel Castro was a larger than life leader who served his people for almost half a century. A legendary revolutionary and orator, Mr. Castro made significant improvements to the education and healthcare of his island nation.
“While a controversial figure, both Mr. Castro’s supporters and detractors recognized his tremendous dedication and love for the Cuban people who had a deep and lasting affection for “el Comandante”.
“I know my father was very proud to call him a friend and I had the opportunity to meet Fidel when my father passed away. It was also a real honour to meet his three sons and his brother President Raúl Castro during my recent visit to Cuba.
“On behalf of all Canadians, Sophie and I offer our deepest condolences to the family, friends and many, many supporters of Mr. Castro. We join the people of Cuba today in mourning the loss of this remarkable leader.”
The new Socialist Republic of Canada is on the rise....
This is a great description of incompetent people in the world who`s job descriptions are coined as Members of a parliament, or any minister in cabinet of a country...here is an excellent example of how any minister /parliamentarian argues...this is about what is happening to Canada..do not feel alone, South Africa is in the same situation...post-turtles for sure..enjoy this video....we need to laugh sometimes as well...
Unfortunately, folks living in urban centers generally sway the sentiment around guns, because that is all it is. It's like stopping the grizzly hunt in BC because it is "no longer socially acceptable".What I meant was that the government starts driving a tiny wedge in and then justifies everything the lefties want!!
Soon you’ll not be allowed anything!
Can we have an election now please?Let’s put things in perspective, shall we?

In typical Canadian fashion there has been a run on KY jelly...So is anything of substance being done in Canada to counter this? Or........
I wish someone would come on TV and tell all of those liberal dweebs that were going to Canada after Trump was elected, the timing is even better now.
Perhaps we can set up a hostage exchange where liberals are sent to Canada and us Canadian conservatives are granted political refugee status in America. Knowing Trudeau he'd probably pay for it. Can a refugee bring a gun collection? I hear good things about Alaska.
I actually have both citizenships but grew up on a farm in Canada. I can assure you, living in the US now, there is absolutely no way I’m moving back. In Canada, owning a gun is a privilege granted by the government. In the US, it is a God given right not to be infringed upon by the government.
Wow! This thread is enlightening.
Firearms owners or not, ALL Canadians should be concerned and oppose this. And not just Canadians. Anyone living in a democracy should be opposed to this. This is not a true democracy. At least not the democracy our forefathers fought so hard for us to have.
Our only hope is to vote in the Conservatives. Soon.
Not with them currently leaderlessDo you feel like that is likely to happen in the near future?
