If the Senate does not have a quorum then the Dems can not vote nor pass any bill. If the Republican stand together and boycott the senate vote then no quorum is possible thus killing any chance for these assinine, bankrupting the country bills to pass. The stock market is telling us in a very subtle way that the economy is not fond of any of Biden’s proposals, regardless of what the Woke corporate boards are projecting. What is projected in public is different than what is thought in the minds of the corporate execs. Corporate earnings and future grow generated by cash flow, which is the result of consumer spending and confidence drives our overall future of success or failure economically worldwide....do we truly want to be looking at China thru our windshield or thru our rear view mirror. Those of us experienced from past successes and failures are being downplayed by a younger generation driving the votes and woke strategies from those that have only seen the best of times and have no idea how their ridiculous, pollyanna view of life is directing us down a path a third world nation...inflation, divisive atmosphere dependent on foreign supplies of our most important resources and goods all in the name of save the planet, and their contempt for the rich.

democrats could never be accused of being pragmatic, or students of history, or have an understanding of economics (AOC is an outstanding example). I don't know that younger brainwashed democrats hate the rich when it is the rich who are pushing a socialist takeover under Davos's New World Order. In regard to his campaign, did you watch the same campaign as I did? He made maybe 3 teleprompted speeches in 8 months from his BASEMENT for Christ's sake! They kept him hidden and when they couldn't hide him, they got him offstage as soon as possible. When he goes off-script its a train wreck. Every time he speaks, it's cringe-worthy.

Joe was elected to ensure the federal government functions again, see the nation through a pandemic, an associated economic collapse, and to save us from each other.

To this day, democrat run cities and states refuse to relinquish control over their citizens and fully reopen. Biden's assurance that we "might" be able to have a small backyard BBQ on the Fourth of July is just another glaring example of his tone-deafness to reality. How is it possible that the POTUS isn't aware that 21 states have no mask mandate, are fully open for business, and have been for quite some time?

As far as saving us from each other, that can only begin to happen when the lies, fake narratives, and propaganda from the left that is feeding the divisiveness ends. You have a POTUS who ran on unification yet makes daily remarks about America being a fundamentally racist country. On his inauguration day he branded 74 million Trump voters as domestic terrorists. He brazenly sets aside concepts like rule of law, and constitutional amendments when they do not fit the radical narratives. He demands that juries find the "right verdict' regardless of the concepts of due process and the presumption of innocence. He has just now proclaimed that no constitutional amendment is absolute... I thought Obama would go down in history as the most divisive POTUS in history. Joe has already exceeded that benchmark in less than 100 days. This guy is a joke, and a bad one at that...

(1) As to those "outrageous CEO and Executive" pay, you can thank the Democrats for that, by making salary over 1 million non-deductible. Thus payment in stock options. For every rule you make someone will find a way around it.

(2) The capital gain and elimination of the "step-up basis." For the majority of land owner this will be a disaster. Again thank the democrats for that too. The answer is Life Insurance. One of the most powerful lobbies in DC. They have a solution for every problem, that Washington creates, they should, they have an exemption for each problem.

(3) Biden - his best days are long behind him. He has never been correct on any issue. Habitual lier and plagiarizer. The only thing is boss Obama did right was kill OBL and Biden was again wrong on that too.

As a retired attorney, that statement outraged me more than anything I have ever heard regarding the ultimate arbiter of our rights. Im not good at explaining things nor have an expensive education, but I can plainly see and feel what is happening. I own a small trucking company. I usially replace a truck and trailer every 3 or 4 months. With the higher price of fuel im gonna push that off to 5 to 6 months. Now if the feds raise the minimum wage. Then everyone at the truckwash, cashiers and every other business will charge me more. So I will have to push off new equipment for another couple months.
If I buy 2 new trucks and trailers a year instead of three. Then that saves about 200k for this bs. But its also 200k that volvo and utility dont get. If there is thousands of people in my position, then that adds to millions. Which in turn will force the larger companies to downsize, slow down manufacturing and possibly close factories. Like I said, im an uneducated farm boy. But if I can see and feel this change already, then why can't the politicians see what is already happening?????
Im really considering selling my business and retiring early. Its gonna be a bad 4 yrs !

Its crazy. Im raising my rates in july to offset costs. When the new minimum wage hits. I will be forced to raise them again. Its expensive on the road. So when food laundry and ect cosy more, my drivers will need a pay increase. This whole mess is just ridiculous and not needed.
