Red is the perfect spot. The bullet is going to end just behind the opposite shoulder. That's if I'm seeing correctly. 375 H&H loaded with Barnes 270 grains TSX.

Burning 72,5 grains of H1000 through a 18.5 inches barrel is a receipe for a great ball of fire! The suppressor probably minimize that.

I loaded some 270 Winchester ammo yesterday for an upcoming deer hunt in september. Cases = R-P Bullet = 130 grains Hornady SP Interlock Primer = Winchester Large Rifle Powder = 60 grains of Alliant RL22 3.235" OAL

I've seen powder manufacturers recommend magnum primers when used with spherical powders.

If you only neck size, one day you'll end with a stuck cartridge in your chamber. I've experienced it myself. Hunting rounds should be partial sized with a full lenght die.

I would start at 72 grains and work up one grain at a time until desired accuracy and velocity is attained. For me, anything in the 2450-2550fps with a 300 grains bullet in the 375HH is perfect. I found a lot of variation between diverse loads database for the 375HH. So a chronograph is your...
