on GunBroker, he's Greene Sporting. I just looked, he doesn't have any 9.3x62 right now, but just contact him through GB and ask when he's going to get some more.

He always has lefty Zastavas, or has them on order. IDK, he isn't exactly young, so I don't know how active he still is. But he does have a 6.5x55 in LH for sale at GB right now.

Just looked at his list. He's still quite active, but only has 1 lh zastava in stock right now. He's asking a bit more money now than he was when I bought mine. Sign of the times, I guess.
