Would you like a Cigar?

I can sympathize with Oscar, as I've been dealing with stupid people this week also.
Some people just lack common sense, and logic.

Thank goodness for Cigars & beer.

A nice AJ New World

This has been, let the dumb asses come out week.

This june was milder then usual. Temps have been mostly 95-101, with cloud cover.
Until today, I've been wondering where the rain is? On the way home from work.............WHAM.....most wicked storm I've seen in a long time. Heavy rain coming in sideways, hail, and all kinds on mother nature. Cars pulling over to the side of the road, cuz you could barely see the cars in front of you. Lower lying streets flooded.

But ......we need the moisture in a bad way.

Starting off the weekend with a La Promesa.......and proportional amount of cold beer, of course.....lol.

We’ve been in a bit of I’lll drought, but finally got some much needed rain in the last three days. Smoking an Oliva V 135 :). Oh, and last Friday I lost my favorite lighter & cutter

This is one of them, the other one is an Oliva V Monticello

Received my new V cutter from Amazon, and we’ll works just like a V cutter :ROFLMAO: Seriously, for $15.99 delivered I’m happy with the purchase, and if I loose one again, it won’t hurt as much as if it was an expensive cutter :)

smoking a Punch Fu Manchu :ROFLMAO:

I’ve spent hundreds in good lighters & cutters, then they fail a year or two later. I now buy cheap lighters & cutters and they work well specially for the price paid. :)

Smoking a CLE, they used to make Camachos before they sold them. :)

yeah, WTH is up with good lighters? You would think you spend some good coin and they should last a decent amount of time. I bought a couple nice Xikar lighters and they turned out no better than some of the free one's I've received in a package bundle... I mean we put a man on the moon and we can't make a lighter that works well

Best lighter I ever found, was an S.T. DuPont Maxijet. The only lighter ever that kept on working. I’ve had three, one is at the bottom of the Mediterranean, the other one is doing its rounds in Madrid now and the last one made a customs officer in Bogotá very happy.

Winding down a great 4th with about my 8th cigar of the day. Just been one of those carefree days where every moment seemed like a great time to have a cigar. Won’t bore you with them all, but this My Father La Antiguedad is especially nice.

The good thing about those Xikar lighters is that they have a lifetime warranty on them. Call them, and send them back and you should get a new one. :)

Second the S.T. Dupont lighters. I have a handful from several years ago when the MaxiJet was known as the Xtend. Still going strong 15+ years later. Have a couple Dupont Ligne2 soft flames as well as three Dunhill sidecars.
As far as cigars, anything Nicaraguan, but primarily my wife and I prefer Davidoffs...an expensive hobby indeed.

Hi Jay,

Hope you're well.

I'm headed your way in January.

Attending SHOT Show has been a long time bucket list item for me.

Finally made it happen and I'm headed to Vegas.

I know you're some distance from Vegas - but would be keen to catch up if it works out.

Have a good one.
