A few months back I found this beautiful Winchester model 70 super grade safari in .458 win. I am now realizing I don’t have much time to play around with it before my hunt next year. Between family, home renovations, work, and practicing with my 375, I just don’t have the time to focus on this rifle and think it should be in the hands of someone who will.
The rifle is a 50th anniversary Cabela’s addition with 1 of 500 engraved in the floor plate . The rifle is in as new condition.
This was sold to me as “new old stock” as in its brand new unfired, but I have no way to confirm that for sale now. I have not fired it but have worked the bolt a few times and left it in the safe. I am going to say that although it is in new condition I will consider it used at this point.
The factory Winchester sticker was removed before I received the rifle and the paperwork is missing, but it will come with original box. The rifle has absolutely beautiful wood which is what made me want it in the first place. I can send more pictures in private to potential buyers. $4200.00 shipped and insured from my FFL to yours. Certified personal check preferred. I will put the factory box inside another box for shipment. I will not directly ship to an FFL so please, don’t ask.
