If anyone has or sees a Blaser S2 barrel set for sale, I’m in the market. I have searched a bunch of places with no luck. Thanks
The barrel sets are hard to find. I just bought an S2 and reached out to other sales ads to see if they would separate any of their multiple sets. So far, the answer has been no. I've checked with Mad Dog and other sources and so far, nothing. You might consider buying a full gun and selling what you don't need. It's not a cheap game for sure. Same applies to Krieghoff double rifles. If anyone has or sees a Blaser S2 barrel set for sale, I’m in the market. I have searched a bunch of places with no luck. Thanks
Not sure I'd be all that excited to be the first one with an aftermarket S2 barrel set. Especially considering the potential cost of such an item and what value it would hold in the future. Not to mention safety and regulation of loads.I have also tried to get folks selling with multiple barrels to separate, but none are willing. A gunsmith in Utah makes barrels for the model 95 etc., but he has never made the S2 set. Although he is considering it. He’s not excited in putting out the cash to buy a complete S2 as a pattern.
I don't own one yet but I want one. Thought I found a deal last week (black edition w/fancy wood, 5k including saddle mount and hard case) but it already sold.A little Blaser K95 update - Since I had a spare Zeiss HT scope and Blaser mount I bought myself a Blaser K95 Luxus (red deer/roe deer engraving), grade 6 walnut, super finish and ebony tip. Chambered in 308Win, yes I can here the shouting "Rimmed", however it is a brand new ordered rifle and the orderer cannot take ownership for personal health reasons. Just too pretty to pass, now waiting for paperwork. Will post photo when collected but the excitement is real.
