Single Barrel Saturday was a success. Weller 12 was the most highly prized bottle. Bonus was finding a former IGA store with Conecuh smoked sausage available, loaded up on that as well.

Nice haul I am a fan of that dickel from the fact it was near where I went to college. I hope you like flintstones

Thanks, just had my first pour, that chewable vitamins finish is not appealing.

The Old Fitzgerald 11 is sweeeeet! Well done, hats off!

Accept it and love it for what it is! The water on the Cumberland plateau has that taste.
I'll come back to it. Honestly, I haven't tried Dickel before. I was looking for one over 100 proof but all I found was at 42 proof. May become a mixer, or "gift" it to my younger brother.

I’m a big fan of Leopold Bros three chamber. It has a very distinct taste that I can only describe as mossy wet cardboard. I know, I’m not being hired into their marketing department anytime soon.
For special occasions I’ll take a sip of my Redbreast 27

Some more flexing, more nice trades and purchases this week (several not shown including Rock Hill Farms for trade and Stagg 25A and B drops, Michter's 10 yr Rye). Have been searching for the EH Taylor Barrel Proof Rye (trade) and the Kentucky Owl Batch 4 Last Batch Rye in the wild, found 6 in a store in Columbus, Ohio, took three for me and friends. That rye price was reduced by OHLQ to $180 from $300, which was a much more palatable cost. All nice and sought-after bottles in my opinion.

. Buffalo Trace distillery has had some nice releases lately, Weller 12 and Weller 107 Antique the past two weeks.

Great things come in pairs, got absolutely nothing at a big Kroger drop in northern Kentucky this weekend, Ohio dropped OWA 107 and EH Taylor Barrel Proof plus had a surprise drop today at 6 pm for Old Forester Birthday Bourbon, Weller CYPB and Full Proof as top bottles, thrilled that my brother and I snagged the Birthday Bourbons.

Good afternoon,

I'm trying to get in contact with Mr Butch Searcy. I have the opportunity to buy one of his rifles chambered in 577 nitro Express however the seller does not have any of the paperwork with the information about what ammunition or bullet weight was used to regulate it. I know he is not making firearms anymore but I wanted to reach out after seeing one of your post about him.

Hi - the only (best) method of sending you the .375/06IMP data is with photographing my book notes. My camera died so the only way I can do it is with my phone. To do that, I would need your e-mail address, as this
new Android phone is too complicated to upload to my desk computer, which would be easier and to down-grade, reduce the file sizes.
Best wishes
Daryl

Hey Steve, This is Steve Washington we met at KMG last year. I am interested in your Winchester. Would love to speak with you about it. I work third shift and I cannot take a phone with me to work. Let me know a good time to call during one of your mornings. My phone is [redacted]. Live in Florida so I have to account for the time difference.
Look forward to hearing from you.
