Selling a couple of gorgeous rifles. Trying to free up space.

I got these at an estate sale a long time back and never shot them as I use my 300WM. They both look almost unified, one of them very well may be unfired.
super clean rifles. The top one also has a zeiss west German made 3-9 scope but it is currently at zeiss being gone through as I am considering keeping it and putting it on another rifle. Ill post a price with and without scope.

Both are 30-06 caliber.

the bottom one is almost flawless with what looks like a safe rub at the end of the barrel where some blueing is missing.

the other rifle has a couple marks on the barrel that are pictured. And it has just a tiny wood dent near the bolt that is pictured.

wood is gorgeous on both. Beautiful finish in high gloss.

These are Mark V made in Japan. I can get you serial numbers if you want to look them up. They were made in Japan from 1972-1994, the bottom rifle has a lot lower serial number and im sure made in the 70s. The top rifle I believe was made in the 80s.

Rifles are $2500 each. The top one I have the rings and scope for. Scope is a Zeiss diavari made in west Germany 3-9. Scope and rings would be $800 extra.

Shipping at buyers expense. I will send them in a hard rifle case to your FFL.

I’m near Denver Colorado for anyone local we can meet at an FFL.

I’m happy to send more pictures to anyone seriously interested so there aren’t any questions when the rifle(s) arrive.

I didn’t bother with a date and user name pic but pictures were taken today 5/6/25.

My favorite rifle in my favorite cartridge.

They are gorgeous.

GLWS!

Beautiful rifles. GLWS

My favorite rifle in my favorite cartridge.
30-06 was always my favorite Weatherby Cartridge when I was a kid. If you remember you could only get a Mark V in Weatherby cartridges and 30-06.

If they were left-handed.
I'd have one of them.

Got some odd/bad news on the scope so I’m working with zeiss on this issue.

For now no scope is available. The rings I have will be included with the rifle for no extra money.

Price drop to $2300 each

Beautiful rifles! I am a huge Weatherby fan and have several in their calibers and some rifles in non-Weatherby cartridges.

Here is a small suggestion. You may want to take a picture of the bolt and post it. I have a feeling these may be 6 lugs, but again they could be 9 lugs, and that could increase your potential sale. I have a 240 Weatherby in a 9-lug action, and they sought after by the collectors.

Sir, I will gladly take that 16 gauge off your hands. I was waiting for your Winchesters but I'm a sucker for a 16 ga.

I bought a great deal of the brass he had for sale, plus I already had many hundred rounds.

How much brass are you looking for?
