The latest in the pet vs owner conflict - a man in Arizona died recently after being bitten by his pet gila monster. Officials removed several venomous spiders from his home during the recovery of the victim's body.
The victim's girlfriend reported hearing a loud scream, and upon entering the next room, found her boyfriend with the gila monster clamped down firmly on one of his fingers.
The victim began experiencing symptoms and was taken to a local hospital where he died.
