Trophy - The Film

@Philip Glass weren't their originally more theaters? I could have swore I originally found a theater in Lubbock to go see the film.

An exciting film to anticipate, and the NPR interview was quite thought provoking and intriguing. I look forward to seeing the film, and engaging in the conversations it generates. Thanks to Phillip and the film makers for championing not only our hunting heritage, but for focusing attention on the conservation that inherently accompanies our passion.

All the Texas cities are no longer listed, only about 10 cities are up. Sold out maybe?
They are all on there I just checked. I just don't see Lubbock but most other smaller Texas cities are there. This is a small town roll out the bigger cities will show it after NY & LA.
Go to www.trophythefilm.com and select Tickets to see if your city is there. It also has a search feature.

To see the list you have to click on the Search by Cities dropdown. For Tyler, it says it won't be shown unless 55 more tickets are sold. That's the closest place to where I am so I hope they get those tickets sold.

Thanks Mort!
Please spread the word.

When will we see it on iTunes/vimeo or similar pay to view online service?
I am told after the theater run at some point it will be for sale on iTunes. They could delay that until it runs on CNN though. I'll keep updating what. Know.

It is a moving target. If it does well in NY the weekend of the 8th lots could change.

We just need more people to share this locally and call people and ask them to buy a number of tickets. I'll contact a friend in Tyler today.

It's nearly here!

@Philip Glass just read the LA times review. I see the film director refers to you as a psychopath. The spin is starting.

Of course the journalist misquoted him. What a mess! What Shaul said was "Say he's (philip) a psychopath but does his way work?" It is his way of getting people's attention to listen to the argument.

There will be more to come and much worse misquoting make no mistake!

Regards
Philip

Journalists listen like they have lousy mobile coverage. Only hearing every third word and writing it down as fact.

Good thing her journalistic ethics held back her personal bias. :A Bang Head:

Hi PaulB. Would you be interested in another WJ Jeffery .450/.400 NE 3". It's an extractor model and in superb condition, cased as well. Made in 1908. The rifle is here in Texas.
