Good evening everyone! I hope you are all well. It has been a while since I have personally seen many of you. I look forward to seeing you this show season coming up. It should be a great time! I wanted to write this post to give you a quick update about Trophy Shippers as well as a personal post of encouragement for being aware of our health from me.

A year ago August Trophy Shippers began a transformation. Joy Langham formally of both Noautum ( Fauna Flora & MIQ) as well as well logistics joined our team to lead Trophy Shippers. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with and we are happy she is part of our family. Earlier this year we also brought on Shannon Clark. Shannon is also from Houston and has been a wonderful addition as well. Finally last week, we brought on Laura Durgin, formally of D&L and Coppersmith. Laura brings many years of experience to our family and we are excited to welcome her aboard. All of us will be at the shows this season. Shannon and Laura will be at DSC in Atlanta, Joy will be at TTH in Dallas. All of us will be at the Houston Safari Club show and all of us will be at SCI. We look forward to see you!

On a personal note, I want to encourage each and everyone of you to go get your checkups and get everything that is needed checked out, no matter how silly you may feel. When I was 19 I was diagnosed with testicular cancer. After a surgery and 4 cycles of chemo I was cured. 22 years later (September of 2023) I was diagnosed with testicular cancer again. After going through my CT they also found that I had bi-lateral kidney cancer (yes having testis cancer a 2nd time may have saved my life). After 1 orchiectomy, 2 partial nephrectomy (kidney disection I still have both... just a little less in each) and a RPLND (Remove lymphnodes in my abdomen) surgery I am very lucky to say I am cancer free.

The point of me telling this story isnt to get sympathy. I have been a survivor for 22 years and now I can say I am a 3x survivor. The point of this is to pay attention and get to the doctor It stinks, can be embarrasing (hell i have had 2 orchiectomys... look it up you will know what I mean.. not the most comfortable thing to talk about) it can be scary, very scary. If you wait the results you desire may not be availble. Early detection is key. Listening to your body and gut are key. I beg you to please get yourself checked and follow the guidlines for scanes and scopes and all of that. It will save your life.

On that note I will go back to my hole as hibernation is just about done. See Y'all in January!

Glad to hear it went well. What a bastard of a battle. Will you guys make it to slc to the western hunting expo?

Great to hear you battle went well. I recently had the pleasure of working with Joy and Shannon. They kept me apprised of my crate status throughout the entire journey. They both are are great addition to your team.

What a great way to kick off our 2025 hunting season in South Africa.

This beautiful Impala ram was taken at just over 300 yards, took a few steps and toppled over.

We are looking forward to the next week and a half of hunting with our first client of the year.

Do you have any more copies of African Dangerous Game Cartridges, Author: Pierre van der Walt ? I'm looking for one. Thanks for any information, John buzzardhilllabs@hotmail.com
NRA benefactor, areas hunted, add congo, Mozambique3, Zambia2
Out of all the different color variations of Impala the black Impala just stands out with its beautiful pitch black hide.

Impala is one of the animals you will see all over Africa.
You can see them in herds of a 100 plus together.

This excellent ram was taken with one of our previous client this past season.
