I watched the whole thing and the one recurring theme seemed to be the desire to finish off the animals in the "halal" fashion of cutting the throat to make the animal suitable for eating by Muslims. Not trying to be racist here, but except for the Africans present, they all appeared to be of middle eastern heritage or descent.

I noticed a whole lot of animals shot in the hind end, maybe this is why. Ignorant bastards.

If you read the 'welcome' message on their homepage there is a clue to their true hunting attitudes there - it says "....or simply enjoy the challenge of shooting a gazelle at a great distance..."

Besides their propensity for cruelty and unethical hunting methods, it seems that stalking is just not in their mindset, at all!

I agree that we cannot paint with too broad of a brush here. The inhumane behaviour displayed has nothing to do with religious belief. You don't have to look very hard to find a great many conservation initiatives in Muslim countries by resident hunters who adhere to a code of ethics (ex: markhor in Pakistan).

This video is more about dirty money and corrupt government agents

After reading all the comments and reviewing my own feelings on this video I was struck by the similarity of "our" reactions to the "other" folks reactions to a hunting issue.

These comments were about the GQ article.
Here is a sample of comments posted in reaction to this question: What kind of person would shoot an elephant?:
