I've thought about taking a couple of deflated soccer balls for the kids. You know they will wear them out playing with them.

Ive done that several times.. also pack a $4 hand pump… pump them back up once you get to your lodge… and then distribute…

Goes over like gangbusters every time…

On my first trip we bought a couple dozen tennis balls at a store in Port Elizabeth to divy out, the kids loved them

I remember giving my PH in Zim a nice Leatherman in '96, he was extremely pleased.

Ask your PH but usually sure. The handiest and most common used there are the inexpensive commercial style knives. Nothing more than large paring knives. Walmart has some really inexpensive ones with simple but effective plastic sheaths. I’ve seen them there for about $3.00. Net search shows many practical, simple commercial styles for about $15.00. For those prices you could take several. Most camps have many staff that are not seen and usually stay behind the scenes. I’d recommend either white or orange handles. Easier to see and find when working in the field. Pic of example

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
