Thats right, the exact same photo. Given the numbers of reporters & tourists through the region over the intervening 8 years, the fact that there isn't a plethora of photos depicting similar stuff, we can be confident its nothing but fake Russian propaganda. Undoubtedly spread by Putin's Moscow based cyber troll factories and their network of paid up "social media influencers" in western countries.

In WW2 we had the likes of Tokyo Rose and Lord Haw Haw. These days we have that on steroids from social media identities.

Seeing the performance of Russian Military weapons live in Ukraine...I have no fear of Russian Nukes...I think we should keep poking the bear until he give us an excuse for a preemptive strike to take out all of Russia's nuclear capabilities. We've lived with the threat long enough! Our Cold war doctrine was to use Nukes if anyone used Chemical weapons against us...Works for me.

l have researched Hunter and what l have found is that Azov is trying to distance itself away from being called nazi, they want to be seen as a different type of national socialist but there is a plethora of evidence showing that there is a nazi white supremacy influence in there group. although l totally agree there is as much propaganda from the Russians and l did not know that the photo is an older one it is still a photo of the Azov battalion, there are many many documentary's that l could post links to showing the truth about the nazi influence but you can do your own research and see the same results as l have

I think the difference here may be that Cuba did or was close to having nuclear missiles 90 miles from the U.S.? I believe the nearest nuclear land based missiles to Russia are in France? Other than France and the U.K., there are no NATO countries in Europe with nuclear missiles. I don't believe if Ukraine was to be admitted to NATO, there would be any plan to have missiles based there? NATO member Poland doesn't have any, so why would Ukraine? There would be no advantageous reason for it. I think we're buying into Putin's twisted and demented reasoning for his invasion of Ukraine. He wants to re create the failed USSR because he despised the fall of it and the loss of Russia's (his) power on the world stage. It's too late for Putin though. He miscalculated Europe's and the worlds response and determination and he's lost any power he/Russia had in regards to world affairs and it's only a matter of time before Russia fails economically and he becomes just another failed dictator in the dust bin of history.
