@norfolk shooter ... I am a full beard devotee. That said, your mastery of the handlebar is inspirational. To both of you: well done good sirs. Outstanding story... great hunt... congratulations.

That's one deadly mushroom!
Exactly how the Barnes TSX bullets are supposed to perform... if you can recover them!
Bro when it comes to get togethers with hunters I'm all in. TBH my highlight of the DSC is meeting other forum members and then having a few drinks with them at the dinner.Gentlemen:
Thank you for all of the kind words. This was a great hunt, despite the challenges of missing luggage.
I have a great time hunting with Mani. I am glad he reached out to me early when I threw out the idea of an AH Get Together in London in 2018. Little did I realize that would lead to a great friendship and erstwhile hunting partner. I am also thankful for my friendships with @Goose Cracker and @dabloobana .
We recovered one of the two TSX from the Buffalo. I'll try to upload it later. The tracker did not tell me where it was recovered from. Performance was great. I would like to have seen how the Woodleighs out of my .416 Ruger would have performed.
I've been on AH since 2016, shortly after booking my first safari. My first hunt was fine. However, I was under the illusion that would be my only African hunt. I had done a fair amount of research leading up to choosing the outfitter. AH would have given me more resources and I may have realized a clearer path forward.
I am so glad that Marius took us where he did to hunt Buffalo. It was an honest hard hunt. We're kicking around plans for our next Buffalo hunt. My endorsement doesn't mean any more than the credence you fine people are willing to give it.
