Soooo you got a new President...

@gizmo Thanks for taking the time to reply. I could throw up a boatload of rebuttals, but I honestly want to understand your views. I will reflect on your answer.

Hey Rick Cox,

I'm a retired Police Offucer (28 years of service) and I agree with Gizmo.
In other words, I too believe that your lord and savior, Barry Obama, is a cop hater.
Furthermore, I believe Barry's wife is a racist.
Not too much of a stretch to suspect that, crazy cop hater racists went homicidal and shot up several Police Officers, from such implied blessings issued by the White House.
Furthermore, these things are part of the reason that The American Socialist Party (AKA: Democrat Party) lost to The American Capitalist Party (AKA, Republican Party).
That objective enough for you?

Regards,
Velo Dog.

Well said!

Guys before this turns into a political pissing match. I suggest you guys take it to PM, there is another member here who I had a very good and open political conversation through PM and though we differ it gave us time to articulate each other's view points. And though we didn't see eye to eye we were civil and I think still have quite a bit of respect for each other.

And it really is simple and to quote Kelly Ann Conaway....Trump won no explanation needed.

Not for some maybe, but the snowflakes seem unable to accept the result. Its going on all over the place. Its a form of insanity.

Denial could be the strongest human emotion.

I am amazed that there is a person, I infer to be a US citizen that thinks the failures of B Rocko Bama are the result of "self-serving Republicans". It is clear that the failures of the last 8 years are the result of policies and strategies perpetrated by the Democratic party. Example 1. passing a law with over a thousand pages which weren't read by any of the Congress that passed it. Evidence: House Speaker Pelosi's comment that they had to pass it so that they could read it. After all of the failures of Bama's healthcare B Sanders asks the HHS nominee if healthcare is a Right of a Privilege. It is NEITHER. It is a commodity just as is every good and service in the marketplace. So rather than passing laws addressing who will be paying for the commodity they should be addressing the commodity and it's relationship with the people wanting to purchase it. If B Sanders, Pelosi, Warren & the rest of them were actually concerned about the availability of healthcare they would address the mechanisms available to the government to increase it supply. Just a few things the government could do: pass legislation reducing punitive damages so that malpractice premiums would be reduced, reduce government involvement in paying for healthcare thus reducing the amount of time physicians spend doing paperwork, freeing up time for them to provide services, provide incentives for students to become doctors and other healthcare providers. This is just involving healthcare. Imagine how efficient the country and the government would run if it figured out what the problem was before they started buying answers that not only don't answer the problem but make it worse.

@Ray B very good point and let's not forget opening up the markets on healthcare across all state lines so as to encourage competition in pricing and further provide more choice for the individual consumer.

When you watch tv half the advertisements are for lawyers wanting you to sue Dr/drug co. And a lot of people see free money and go for it.

I think the biggest danger is suffering permanent hearing loss from the high pitched liberal whining.
I celebrated the inauguration by purchasing another Remington 700 in 35 Whelen
While Trump is far from perfect he is far less imperfect than HRC and hopefully we will see some push back on the crazy PC policy in this country that we have suffered for the last 8 years.
Just tell your liberal friends(if you have any) that the next eight years will fly by..........................
I celebrated his win by buying two suppressed toys. Whether or not the Hearing Protection Act goes thru doesn't matter to me. I'm a big fan of suppression. If it does, I'll just get my toys sooner than later

If all you own is a home and vehicle you don't need health insurance. Neither can be taken in a bankruptcy. Now if you own some land and have a fat ira you may need some. Health care went sky high when compainies started handing out benefits like candy. It look better on the Ceo budget than a pay raise. It cause the future ceo the problem and then the medical professionals jump on the easy money.

What was the dumbshit name from new mexico. He could of been trained like the rest are

Thought he was the lesser of all evils (including the third party candidates.) So far, he's two steps forward and one back (i.e. great inauguration speech followed by petty arguments over crowd size estimates.) He's going to shake a lot of stuff up and I pray that he'll do it well.

Alternative facts :A Bang Head:

Or as everyone else calls it, lies.

I just hope the nonsense stops once they realize they are in over their heads.

Everything you own can be taken in a bankruptcy except your life. Cars and homes aren't exempt.

You mean the idiot snowflakes?:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: They are too stupid to know when they are in over their heads.:(:(:( The nonsense will never end on the left.:D:D:D

You have a bunch of people running a government and very of them know how to run a government. At every turn they are going to try to dictate how they want things done and the answer is going to be "it doesn't work like that". Hence the softer tone taken by the press secretary today and so many of Trump's own aides up in arms this weekend.

It has nothing to do with them being too stupid. If you took a factory worker and all of a sudden gave them a banking job (or visa versa), they aren't going to have a clue what is going on. It doesn't make them stupid, it just means they are in over their heads.

Sort of like a freshman Senator who did nothing while in that office and whose previous experience was community organizer running for POTUS? Serious question and really not intended as a jab.

Don't look at me, I voted for Clinton in 08

2,822fps, ES 8.2
This compares favorably to 7 Rem Mag. with less powder & recoil.

I know that this thread is more than a year old but as a new member I thought I would pass along my .280AI loading.
I am shooting F Open long range rather than hunting but here is what is working for me and I have managed a 198.14 at 800 meters.
That is for 20 shots. The 14 are X's which is a 5" circle.
