For modern rifles made in this century, 375 H&H and 375 H&H MAG are the same.
The term “magnum” comes from the length of the case, not the fact that it has a belt. The belt is simply for headspacing. Rimless cartridges headspace off the shoulder and can still be a magnum. Any of the RUM cartridges are examples of this.
It doesn’t look like @EuroOptic has a 375H&H Seekins in stock, although Jake can work some magic to make one show up.
