Remington 700 Police .308

For sale is a Remington 700 police chambered in 308 Winchester. I bought a few of these from a dealer who took them in from a Police Department in the north metro area of the Twin Cities. He received in all the new rifles for the department and then swapped the stocks off of the old trade in guns to the new guns. He said they had painted and done some other modifications to the old stocks so they kept them for the new barreled actions. So this gun has a new HS precision police stock on it. The other two I bought were in pretty rough shape and I used the receivers for builds, but this one seems to be in good shape and I kept it as is. This rifle has a 26 inch barrel . The box in the picture is the one this one came in , it is the right model but not the correct serial number for the box .

Must be shipped to an FFL where this firearm is legal to own.$1000 shipped to the lower 48.
