Poll Knife #1000

Which of my knife designs should be the choice for knife #1000

It seems that "other" is running even with the PH EDC which surprised me but the comments around some choosing "other" has given me pause for thought and a idea or two is starting to settle but will give the poll a little longer just to be sure of the prefered outcome.
The steel to be used for the knife will most likely be this new X pattern stainless damascus

I had originally voted EDC, but after some thought, I realized your custom projects, including those for me, all seem to have something really special. I think you should run with your ideas and see what the result is!

Wapati Hunter Butcher with walnut and buffalo boss is definitely my favorite.

I also like the character in the blade of your earlier creations made from files.

But for your #1,000, you should release your artistic side and create whatever you desire!
I did do a Heavy Hunter from a farriers rasp for the ready drawer a while back but that would not really be up to my intentions or the expectations of the membership for this watershed # knife.

Understand. I just like the character/pattern of the rasp.

Gruff- what number was my knife?

Bob;
See below, go back and observe that Garry "had" two chunks of stainless damascus in stock. I spoke for one for that Pocket Ranger.... just where do you think the other disappeared too? ;)
@Action Bob
No need to guess @Just Gina has claimed it AGAIN.
Bob

That is a good idea @Badjer
The knife handle and display could have some matching elements (woods, metals, etc.) or be completely different but complement each other. Artist choice

I have something in mind and while maybe not matching directly will define this as New Zealand made in both knife handle and display.

An example of one of Garry's creations that functions as a great holder and display for my paper knife/letter opener.

Well, she didn't know about it until you just now brought it to her attention;)
@Action Bob.
Don't blame me mate.
As you know @Just Gina is her own woman and decides what SHE wants. You may have to learn the words no darling but that may not bode well.
One question you will get slapped for no matter the answer is, does my bum look big in this. There's no right answer. Even a silence will result in a slapping for not answering.
The other night my wife asked me if I would like to go upstairs and make love.
I told her at my age you can only have one of the two. Either make love where we are or go upstairs. You can't have both.
Bob

Bob that gets one of two reactions........ Either "I can't believe you just said that to me!" Accompanied with a shocked look on her face......

Or "Don't you think it's a little close to bedtime to be saying such things to me!" ;)

@Action Bob
I'm hearing you mate.
If it's not the shocked look they try the big sad puppy eyes and mournful look.
Our women folk sure know how to play us but it's a fun game and part of marriage.
I wouldn't swap it for quids.
Bob
We only let them think they have got us sussed but us males know better but we won't tell them that.

Will call the poll closed now with no more votes coming in and posts changing to general conversation which is good but the information I needed has been gained with the "other" coming out on top by a small margin. However, with the votes for the PH EDC and the Heavy hunter I will also do them but just for the AH giveaway that will accompany the knife # 1000 which I have decided on and will be a fusion of US, African, Australian and New Zealand construction, components, design or activity.

Hi Jay,

Hope you're well.

I'm headed your way in January.

Attending SHOT Show has been a long time bucket list item for me.

Finally made it happen and I'm headed to Vegas.

I know you're some distance from Vegas - but would be keen to catch up if it works out.

Have a good one.

Mark
