2. Initiate a program where $1,000 is paid to each citizen over the age of 18 and even proration for age 0 -17. Once this is in place all other entitlement programs and subsidies (excluding those programs where the govt has collected payments such as title 1 social security) are eliminated

man, i hate to even say this but... that is a stupid idea. give money to everyone over age 18, hmmmm, who is gonna pay for that? i think anyone that thinks this is a good idea should volunteer and give THEIR money to this program. those of us that disagree, should root for you guys and hope that you are right. that is more money per month than i am gonna get from the s.s. system and i paid into it for 25 years!

your other 2 ideas i thought were pretty good. paying someone for doing nothing is never a great idea. kinda like feeding bears, at some point you get tired of it, and they wreck stuff when the food isn't there.

If you are leaving paycheck to paycheck, and have not chance of ascension, I really don't get it why to live in a city. Violence, crowds, neurosis and high cost of rent and high cost of living. And in America there are state tax.
I don't care that my small town does not have "cultural center" like a modern art museum. I actually enjoy it does not have.
I don't care that Justin Bieber or any of these artists never came here. I actually enjoy that they don't come here. I like my own local band traditional music.
I don't care if my small town does not have a restaurant serving culturally enriched Vanuatu food. I enjoy my traditional dishes.
I open my door, go for hiking, I see little to no pollution, I see the mountain, thats where I want my ashes after I die, I can see Gaia, my mother, who will punish us for all we are doing.
I live with my own kind, with my own people, who share the same values as me.
I will never become the CEO of a multinational company in my small town, but in a big city my chances were also close to zero. And working 15 hours a day is not fun at all.

Burn, "cultural and economic centers", burn. It's being fun to watch.

And @tigris115 as you believe no slaves were involved in building the pyramids... the Romans definitely had plenty ....so I hope these piss takes are ok.........and I find it unbelievable how governments through all their levels are giving in to these people and removing historical figures......(.Churchill statue was attacked which shows how little historical appreciation these things have....and they even attacked the memorial to the 54th Massachusetts regiment which was a black regiment.. Real intellectual capabilities coming to the fore there) ....In they are from different times , when the normal was different from today...... These specimens should realise that.....but I doubt their poor little self centered mentalities could process that....

I can guarantee to you that I never loot or riot in my life, and that's not my nature. Only big cities produce this kind of people. So, inevitably big cities will need to deal with it.

Look at the context, by cultural and economic centres I meant big cities. Big city people vote for terrible politicians, than they get mad, than they decide to burn their own neighborhoods. That's who they are. It's like watching two animals fighting for female in the savannah.
