And the double standards continue, a 3 federal judge panel has declared Texas attempt to redraw 5 congressional districts to favor republicans as unconstitutional. Absolutely nothing about California voting to redraw 5 districts to favor the democrats. I doubt you can find 3 judges in California to overturn prop whatever it was in California.

+1

It’s long past time for Grassley and Thune to get rid of the blue slip process

Unconstitutional seems to be a pretty broad stroke when it comes to the left.
Did they say what amendment was specifically violated?

Not that I heard, it was on the top of the hour news feed.
My thinking was that it’s another VRA violation by a former slave state while the non slave states can draw their districts however they feels suits their agenda best.
Once again today’s republicans paying for the sins of past democrats.

Not looking good in SA for firearms owners if this goes through.....

Time to buy or raise a pack of Boerboels and purchase every black market military weapon with ammo that they can. For the inevitable future clash. Then hope citizens from the north help out.

Those Senators suggesting disobeying an illegal order are setting up their constituents in military up for a huge failure.

Let’s begin with the fact that everyone in the military worth their salt knows full well what the UCMJ says about lawful orders and illegal orders. It’s pounded into your head until it’s Very clear.

The military member following their bad advice is in for a long career ending legal fight. (Even if you end up eventually winning).

Not liking a decision or operation is your right. Disobeying because you don’t agree sets you up for years of misery.

I just think it's interesting that the same people reminding the CIA and military that they do not have to follow illegal orders were the same people who involuntarily discharged people who refused to take the COVID vaccines.

Why wouldn’t they. We in the U.S. are so easily distracted and focus on any shiny object put in front of us by the media and or politicians.

Here we just had both chambers wasting weeks on a ridiculous shutdown and a dead convicted pedophile. Of course rooting out who was complicit is important. But should have been handled 4-5 layers below the top levels of our federal government.

Every time we get bogged down on these petty, childish, political circuses we get kicked in the teeth by our enemies. While we fiddle they plan.

Yup. In the military, "Ours is to do or die, not to question why."

Jerome, do you think my last post in rough camping must maybe shift as an article?

Good afternoon,

I'm trying to get in contact with Mr Butch Searcy. I have the opportunity to buy one of his rifles chambered in 577 nitro Express however the seller does not have any of the paperwork with the information about what ammunition or bullet weight was used to regulate it. I know he is not making firearms anymore but I wanted to reach out after seeing one of your post about him.

Hi - the only (best) method of sending you the .375/06IMP data is with photographing my book notes. My camera died so the only way I can do it is with my phone. To do that, I would need your e-mail address, as this
new Android phone is too complicated to upload to my desk computer, which would be easier and to down-grade, reduce the file sizes.
Best wishes
Daryl
