We had one of our H2A workers get a DUI a few years ago, he went through all of the penalties a citizen would have to go through but when it came time to coming back the next year he was declined.

Same will happen to us if applying to a number of countries having a record of a DUI here in the States. Those include Canada, Australia, China and Japan. The Middle East is particularly full of visa landmines.

Yep, I had a couple of friends turned around in Canada, one at a border crossing and one at the Saskatoon airport, both were just outside the 10 year statute of limitations. The friend from Texas was lucky, he could just get on a plane and fly home but the guy from California had driven up with someone else so we took him into Montana and stuck him on a train which was an experience in itself evidently.

I think Tucker Carlson and Kamala Harris should just go around and have a laugh off competition to see who has the most hideous laugh in the country!

Both just need to run not fade off into the sunset. IMO

And they have done that though, with raids at construction sites, Home Depot parking lots, farms etc. in CA.

I am not against that but it is disingenuous to say they are only going after criminals.
Any and all illegals are fair game.

First offense is a civil offense, especially those that let their visas expire. As I said, I am for removal of illegal aliens. That being said, ICE has limited resources and I'd prefer they went after serious felons rather than low hanging fruit like someone that got a DUI a decade ago.

We have to be pragmatic about this.
So, what you’re saying is; someone here illegally, first offense, is charged with a “moving violation”?! :)

For all of us living in developed countries I think it's enlightening for us to get a dose of the reality that others in developing nations deal with every day.

Rio de Janeiro Brazil - Cops launch raid on a local gang(red command) with drones dropping bombs on the police as they break through barricades to access the gang controlled sections of the city.

4 police killed and over 120 gang members killed.

If you watch the video you'll see the honest people standing and clapping as the dead bodies of the gang members are laid out in the streets.

Meanwhile the U.N. is butt hurt over the situation.......

Besides having apparently caught the same virus affecting Candice Owens, and now embracing a host of conspiracy theories, Tucker decided to go after Ben with inuendo with respect to him being a Jew.

That was bad enough, but now Tucker, by seemingly embracing this Fuentes character who truly is a white supremacist and misogynist in the classic use of the terms - not as those words has been manipulated by democratic party. Indeed, they have given this sort of monster cover by painting him with the same brush as all republicans. Unfortunately, too many republicans are giving him and his ilk cover as well simply because they are not democrats.

It is absolutely amazing to see the insanity these people are embracing. The fact that they have such large followings is disconcerting to say the least.

In interest of fair play, both sides are right to a degree. AIPAC can have all the influence they want in America provided that they become registered foreign agents.

Call me a loon, but I also do not like dual citizenship of any sort, Israeli or other. Everyone has to pick one passport and one direct loyalty. It doesn't mean we cannot be lobbied by foreign interests that may be in our interest as well, but we shouldn't muddy the lines of who's interests a party is representing to congressman and bureaucrats.

Disclosure: I'm generally a friend of Israel but they aren't me and I'm not them, I'm an American.

OK great. I have no idea what you are getting at. And which both sides - Fuentes and normal people?

Or is Ben the issue. He does not hold dual citizenship. His views with respect to Israel's conflict in Gaza mirror my own. I am Scots Irish Presbyterian and I don't have dual citizenship either.

As someone who was born in the Middle East, I’ve always wondered if there is a weather component to the violent tendencies of cultures in that region. I can certainly attest that when I have visited places like Israel, where it is very, very hot and very, very humid, I wanted to hit anyone that bumped into me in the street.

The snot in one's nose also turns to cardboard which is also something that can drive people somewhat mad.

I enjoy Tucker and I enjoy Shapiro. Ben is a bit too naive in his Zionism, Tucker is a bit too naive in that he is being played by America's enemies occasionally.

I consistently support Israel, I am occasionally distrustful of Netanyahu specifically.

I do not like the schism occurring between Ben and Tucker. They should be reaching out and explaining why their positions are a bit off, not becoming one another's enemies. Reagan said someone that agrees with you 80% is a fellow Republican and a friend. Neither are keeping perspective in the "big tent" of the Republican party.

I would agree up to a point. But that big tent needs to peg its flaps solidly when a monster like Fuentes crawls out from under its rock and is essentially championed by someone like Tucker. That too can destroy the party.

Someone please educate me! Listening to the top of the hour news feeds they state that SNAP/WICS benefits can’t be handed out because of the lack of funds. All of my taxes are still being collected so how can they be out of money?
Is it staff not available to work the machines or what? But they are going to dole out partial payments through a supplemental cache of money.

Hi - the only (best) method of sending you the .375/06IMP data is with photographing my book notes. My camera died so the only way I can do it is with my phone. To do that, I would need your e-mail address, as this
new Android phone is too complicated to upload to my desk computer, which would be easier and to down-grade, reduce the file sizes.
Best wishes

Hey Steve, This is Steve Washington we met at KMG last year. I am interested in your Winchester. Would love to speak with you about it. I work third shift and I cannot take a phone with me to work. Let me know a good time to call during one of your mornings. My phone is [redacted]. Live in Florida so I have to account for the time difference.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Good day, Slider.

Do you by any chance have any 500NE brass left that you are willing to part ways with?

Best regards,
Boela Bekker.
