Canada would be maple syrup dragons , Germany sauerkraut dragons , France baguette dragons… not sure about England old fish fried wrongly wrapped in dirty newspapers just doesn’t have the same ring to it.

Try St George and the Dragon......kinda "Trtumps" those ones ....... :D Beers:

if you insist spike , your not going to get me to agree with you on the fish thing though when a recipe starts with “age fish” hard pass on my part.

Had an English neighbour down the road a piece who unfortunately has now passed on, he played a lot of cribbage with father over tea in the morning. He come in one morning through the kitchen and I had four dishes set out I was dividing haddock fillets into. The fillets in question had been forgotten on the back of my truck overnight after a trip longlining and were vile dripping slime. The old gentleman god bless his soul looked aghast and said what are you doing!! All that’s wrong with that fish is that you haven’t aged it long enough to develop flavour. The dishes in question? They were for my hounds…

To be fair most of the fish I eat was swimming less that 24 hours ago so I’m probably biased.

The cell network fkn around...

I mentioned awhile back that the tariff deals should be worked out in 3-4 months.
There will be short term financial pains, with a possible mild recession in the process. The long term gains should be worth the political and financial quagmire that everyone has to wade thru at the moment.
As long as a democrat doesn't get elected in 2028, and destroys everything Trump has accomplished, we should expect a very robust economy moving forward.

But that is just an opinion coming out of my tiny low IQ mind.

Not sure what you mean getting you to agree....was trumping your french and German items....Aged fish...to be blunt fk that...I come from a small island where I could eat fresh fish and shellfish for breakfast..lunch and dinner if I had wanted.....and as you do don't because you take it for granted...but still ate a shit load...and in heaven when I go back.... :D Beers:

@Tubby’s Canteen , agree 100% on the freshness of fish. If I didn’t catch it today or yesterday I don’t eat it unless it’s something I can’t get around here, mainly salmon. I’ve seen people dry aging fish but I can’t wrap my simple mind around that.

Back to the political thread. I was taught a civil war is two factions fighting for control of an existing government, communism vs capitalism as an example, fought mostly by people of the same country. Many of the African bush wars are prime examples.
The US “civil war” was fought by a group of states trying to leave an existing government. More of a war of independence.
No matter what it’s called a lot of people’s will die.

Mmm probably wrong thing to come out with, as usa has screwed up and thrown away a bunch of trade agreements that trump last time negotiated

I don’t think any government is clean on honoring treaties or agreements .

Mmm....England/UK about to have a civil war....a civil war I thought was two sides of the same country fighting each other.....ie usa civil war....Cromwells bunch against the royalists.....not the case...it would be English.. Welsh...Scots and of course the Irish fighting a bunch of basically invaders...simple
You think that was what Musk meant when he used the term civil war?

You disagree with him? Cool.

A Liberian woman, who has been convicted for animal cruelty for heinous acts of torture of animals on her YouTube channel, is starting a GoFundMe account to raise money to keep from being deported. In typical fashion, she is playing the victim.

I was just replying to your post...but as usual you have to drag shit on and on and on....:E Shrug:...have a beer as I am...its 23.15 here :D Beers:
I thought we were having a civil conversation and exchange of opinions on China trade..

I am righthanded, so not interested in the rifle, but I have a 375 RUM and 350 gr bullet loading data is very hard to come by. If you could reply with information regarding your loads I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Ray Boone, Leavenworth, WA

An excellent AH member right here! I had a fantastic transaction with Hornedfrogbbq (I was the seller). His communication was first rate, payment was extremely fast, and I would have absolutely no reservations at all dealing with him again. Thank you, F!
Here we are, the last day of the show in Denver, it's been a good show but expecting a quiet day today. I will be back for-sure to do this show next year and maybe also do the one in Sacramento California.

On Monday I will be hitting the road driving from Denver and eventually make it down to Atlanta for the flight home.

its going to be a good year!
