There are definitely a number of ignorant American's, but it is hyperbole to use the term "most".
Ironically, I’ve often been astounded at how ignorant many Europeans are of American culture and history beyond cultural exports like McDonald’s, Coca Cola, and Hollywood. They have a lot of misunderstandings about how large and diverse the United States really is (culturally and geographically).

Most americans barely know much about anything outside their country and sometimes even outside their own state. So no I don`t expect americans to even care we even exist. And maybe its for the better.

LOL..!

I would like to know what exactly experience or qualifications you feel you have that makes you any kind of authority on what "most" Americans know or think about the state of the world outside our borders? Are you some sort of ambassador to the U.S.?

I consider myself pretty well traveled, as are many other Americans on this site, and it has been my personal experience that it's actually the Europeans that are clueless as to what "most" Americans know, think, and feel... In all of my recent travels (since Trump's first term until today) Europeans have a profoundly perverted view of America via their own country's propaganda... In all fairness, it's not just Europeans, but almost all outside of the U.S. who are ruled by socialist governments with left-leaning media are ignorant of these realities...

I have found that most, if not all of my overseas neighbors that I have encountered have a caricature ideology of Trump and his supporters which has been happily provided for them by the far-left media's narrative that is far worse in Europe than in the U.S., if that is even possible... Even the Europeans and other foreign visitors that do come here are most often visiting the deepest blue locations of this country. Any foreigner visiting New York, California, or any of the New England and Pacific Northwestern states cannot say they have truly experienced Americana or know the real American people... Therefore, they have no actual idea of what the majority of most Americans think or feel.

Putting my own "America First" feelings aside, I think you would be pleasantly surprised to find that most Americans (at least those outside of the far-left) are the most unselfish and benevolent people on this planet who care deeply what happens outside our borders even though the rest of the world continues to shit on us at every opportunity...

With approximately 340 million people in the USA, I can assure you that there are far more people in the USA that are educated and know plenty about the rest of the world than in your small country. Even considering the EU in total having about 449 million people, I’m quite sure the percentages are fairly equal. With about 24 different languages in the EU and a fair amount of people in each country that are not bilingual, you’re no brain trust. Your arrogance is real albeit unfounded in reality. Your socialist leanings, ridiculously slanted media and stagnant economies don’t bode well for intelligence.

To the geographical point, the contiguous 48 are 3.1 million square miles. Alaska is an extra 663,000 square miles. Excluding Russia, Ukraine is Europe's largest country at 233,000 square miles.

While not an exact indication of intelligence, travel outside one’s own continent can help one to more than “barely know much about anything outside their country.” So, I am curious, how many countries have you been to outside of Europe?

My count outside of North America and also not counting anywhere in South America and Central America is twenty-one without ever serving in the military. There are hordes of Americans that are way more well-traveled than I am, including several on this platform. Know your audience!

In other immigration news..... What are 2 Mexican nationals doing with 180K rounds of ammo?

Apparently these 2 men flew from Mexico to Denver then rented a van and got pulled over for not dimming their high beams; and in true Mexican fashion they had 8,800lbs of ammo stacked in a GMC 2500 cargo van which has a cargo weight capacity of 3,000lbs!

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.
Ready for the hunt with HTK Safaris
