China has been avoiding an actual war with us for decades. In their defense, they've been smart. They've done everything aside from actually aggressing. Stealing our tech, buying our land, buying our real estate, holding our paper, etc. They literally had 20 years of us being in an international conflict to do something while we had other irons in the fire. They did not. 15 of those years, we were simultaneously in 2 different theatres.

China has no interest in starting an armed conflict with us.

Think that's under cover Warfare..... :E Shrug:

This is probably accurate. China already FAFO'd. They don't want to FAFO in the military sense. I think the last thing on China's mind right now is invading Taiwan.

The problem is, we can't afford for China to fail. Not our economy, the world economy. This is a delicate game.
Agreed and well said.....

I don't want to see China implode, I just want to see the trade imbalance and tariffs leveled.

China's resistance to tariff negotiations is an attempt to save face and with the 104% their hurting more than we are; back to Eric Trumps "Smelling like roses" comment for the first to come to the negotiating table for the rest of Asian countries.

You will love it.
I just got it today and set it up - it took all of about 10 minutes.
170Mbps down and 20Mbps up.
Antenna pointed in a heading of 30 deg (turned just to the right of true North) and on its factory stand.
Assuming a view of the sky, we'll be able to do this in the middle of the wilderness such as in the middle of Bridger Teton where we'll be headed in June.
Incredible.

We have a Satgear SM3 mount for the truck on order so that we can hopefully get reception while on the move :

Our young adults also "identify" as a member of the rainbow mafia at an alarmingly high rate. It's become a religion with them and radicals will undoubtedly emerge at a higher rate.

Like you, I hope that the conservative youth movement keeps growing and that being grounded morally, culturally, scientifically and economically continues to gain steam and is looked at as the cool thing.
Yesterday, a dude walked by me wearing a dress.

At this point, I feel the Democrats have to be ready to explode

“Lone Survivor” lies.

If some of you knew something didn’t smell right when reading the book or watching the movie. Lone Survivor

Turns out what we suspected is true. Marcus Lattrel is a phony. Prompted by the Navy to lie about the failed mission to protect the brand.

On the heels of another debacle in Afghanistan “Roberts Ridge”.

This video will shed some light on this total $hit show of that recon mission and the lies.

I know nothing about this and haven't watched the video but I always wondered why they didn't zip tie the shepherds until the operation was done.

exactly Wheels. That is exactly what they should have done. Not discuss killing them. Watch the video above . It shows the dozens of bad decisions and the cluster F the mission was from the beginning.

I’m gonna watch it too. One thing that always bugged me about the movie was how it portrayed some of the members of the team. Some were wanting to get rid of the shepherds permanently but the one who survived to tell the tale was the voice of reason in that exchange….

Also always seemed weird (in the movie) he was on death’s door when he was in the helicopter after being rescued but the movie really didn’t show why.

Read the book quite some time ago but can’t remember much of it

Have the released the official reports on that mission? I can’t watch the video tonight not enough signal but have it book marked for the steam off Friday.

Canada's largest trading partner is threatening annexation, tariffing goods, and is actively hostile.

Why would Canada not want a closer relationship with our second largest trading partner, which is poised to over take the US in the coming decades as the largest and most influential economy?

Huge market for Canadian resources.
Seems like that's by far the most practical and sensible solution for Canada. It would be objectively good for Canada, and that it further undermines US global influence is just a bonus.
Maybe, maybe not, as we all know Liberalism is a mental disorder. When Canada comes to their senses and elects a conservative then sanity can be restored. Trying to resolve issues in a country that elects bat shit crazy liberals is an effort in futility. This post is not meant to incite angst in my Canadian friends, I have bear and moose hunted in Canada for twenty years and found that those I have had the pleasure to meet are like minded. As a hunter and conservationist I would think we have more in common that not.

Wonder how far back this puts Canada in the queue. The timing of the election couldn't have been worse for Canadian politicians trying to posture.

If Im a 20 year old college student, no matter how much I agree with Glenn Greenwald (380K subscribers on YouTube) sooner or later Im going to get tired of listening to his 58 year old opinion.. I might really dislike the things Charlie Kirk is saying (initially).. but at least I can relate to him...
This actually astounds me. When I was in college, albeit 50 years ago before social media, I cared about two things. Studying and co-eds. The only reason I was even aware of an election in 1976 was because a nursing student I was dating at the time was canvassing for her candidate at dorms. I don't think most guys in my fraternity cared either.

How times change.

Tubby they had a drone feed of the entire battle. A select few that are friendly with the truth have seen it. It was decided that the Navy and specifically the Seals had suffered a lot of losses due to cowboy behavior and piss poor tactics. They couldn’t weather another debacle. And definitely not video of a Seal running from the battle field. And he recieved a Navy Cross. This has been in the rumor mill for years and more truth slowly leaked. Then Marcus finally admitted the Navy asked him to write a book. And gave him the story to write. Not what really happened. The same thing happened on “Roberts Ridge”. An absolute $hii show they spun into heroics.

There is very little in the video that lines up with the movie.

I can’t even explain all the leadership and fundamental tactics that were not followed.

The most egregious lie was that Marcus fought to the end and they were all dead when he left them. Axelson’s body was found miles from the battle area. He lived for another week on the mountain alone. Marcus had 11 mags full of ammo when he ran away and was found by Mohammad Gulab. Gulab, and the Rangers have said he had only minor injures. Not the near death injuries as shown in the movie.

Everyone involved had to sign a military version of an NDA. But it leaked anyway. And has been brewing in the Teams and the Rangers involved.

I bought a great deal of the brass he had for sale, plus I already had many hundred rounds.

How much brass are you looking for?
