One thing that is starting to worry me a little is Trump's cognitive stability. Old age dementia can take many forms. Biden, for instance, was clearly unable to manage even a simple interview or Q&A. Trump can do them but seems to wander off into imaginary facts and disconnected braggadocio. I think there is quite a bit of circumstantial evidence such as the supposedly surrounded Ukrainian thousands that he begged Putin not to destroy (there were and are none); the claimed agreement on an infrastructure ceasefire the multiple "violations" of which the Kremlin hasn't even attempted to hide and Trump seems to not acknowledge, his insufferable constant repetition of "I won every toss-up" or "blue-wall" state in every conversation however irrelevant which even drove both Laura Ingram and Maria Bartiromo to distraction recently in interviews to name a very few.

While I think I understand his goals with Mexico, I have no clue what his strategic intent is with respect to Canada. I see zero evidence that he knows any history, even less that he has any interest in it, and is apparently perfectly happy to make things up to fill in those gaps.

Sure, he is capable of amazing frenetic behavior, but that says nothing about how well the wires are connected.
I agree, let us set a maximum age for a POTUS and demand the legislature to pass the law. Perhaps, they can set one for themselves as well.

Big day for team Boeing and the Air Force. Hope it works better than the 737 and Starliner.

And of course the President provides a typical articulate summation of the decision while the press seems to have zero interest in the aircraft.

You may have a point. The press conference was certainly not confidence building. It’s possible that he is counting on the majority of his audience being disconnected from the facts, and resonating with the presentation.

It says a lot about the American people who voted for Trump. Brian
Ridiculous. This is, of course, why the democrats continue to lose power every time they manage to claw it back. The DNC will blame voters, Russia, Christians, misogyny, racism, moon men, and the stars but seem to be pathologically incapable of the introspection needed to blame themselves for their political defeat.

Trump managed to win the middle and the swing voters and rather than try to determine why they felt Harris was the worse choice, they just fall back on blaming the voters. They didn’t learn the lesson in 2016 and, so far, haven’t seemed to learn it from 2024.

His “resume” is terrible. His actions are decent. His words are regrettable. I’m sure the Dems have so many strong candidates ready for 2028, it will be a blue wave until the end of time.

I hope that's sarcasm on 2028. I still have hopes for his presidency, even with concerns about his foreign policy. But that doesn't mitigate the items on that list, even if but a fraction are true.

Well the resume itself is debatable. Many of the elements on it, while true, also have context that intentionally gets left out.

However, I do agree with you. I’ve voted for Trump in presidential elections three times but never in a republican primary.

Ditto.

Screw off! What is says is we had two bad choices and chose the lesser of two evils.

The C-17 made by Boeing is a great aircraft and has served the Air Force well for many years. Let's hope they can build a reliable fighter.

Ive been inside one at the airshow. Those engines are huge, and you can stand upright in them

It's an amazing acft, and scary for those sitting inside when they do tactical landings. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

I just learned that Boeing built the F-15X Strike Eagle II. So, I guess they do have experience building fighters. (y)

In regards to all this JFK stuff. Have the official pictures of the body(head)shots of JFK ever been released?.

Why leave out SCOTUS?

Fascism, Autocracy, Is the less of two evils? Ya right, genius. That is just plain willful ignorance.
Of course you'll need to PROVE, not just allege the Fascism and Autocracy. More likely a straw man?

Prove it?
That is unbelievably ignorant. Anyone with with a grade 9 education in history in Canada sees how Trump demonstrates every day that he is a fascist, autocratic, narcissist.

Have you ever heard of Mussolini or Hitler. It sounds like you don't even know what the words fascist and autocrat actually mean. Do you know that currently autocracies are taking over countries around the world? Do you see what is happening in Russia?

You and millions of your county men, Tump supporters, are very poorly informed. It looks like you going to learn the hard way, how history can repeat itself if a nation has too many ignorant people.
You are in for a hard education.

An excellent AH member right here! I had a fantastic transaction with Hornedfrogbbq (I was the seller). His communication was first rate, payment was extremely fast, and I would have absolutely no reservations at all dealing with him again. Thank you, F!
Here we are, the last day of the show in Denver, it's been a good show but expecting a quiet day today. I will be back for-sure to do this show next year and maybe also do the one in Sacramento California.

On Monday I will be hitting the road driving from Denver and eventually make it down to Atlanta for the flight home.

its going to be a good year!

Hi Rem280, Saw your post on getting selected for Idaho Elk. Do you have a zone(s) selected? I live in N Idaho, might be able to offer some ideas.

Cheers,

Craig
