A lot of people talk about lab grown meat. Chicken and hogs a darn close to being that. I even notice now that bread takes awhile to mold. I wonder what they did to stop that. Milk also takes longer to sour.Even shorter. I spent the day today going through broiler operations in Mississippi. The Tyson birds go to slaughter at forty days, incredible! I was impressed with the biocontrol procedures and again, the operations are far enough apart that transmission between houses would be difficult, and transmission between farms unlikely.
