I really need to move to the US at some point…
How’s the border crossing looking like this time of year? [emoji1]
No problem for a relatively short stay for you. By the way, I commend you on the proper use of border and not boarder...seriously.......the latter incorrect usage makes me cringe for some reason.

No, Belgian citizens generally do not need a visa to visit the United States for up to 90 days if they meet the requirements of the Visa Waiver Program (VWP).

Now if you want to stay longer, there is a process for doing that which untold 1000's every year go through and are successful.

You would be most welcome, my online friend! Hope to see you in Colorado. Become a citizen and help us vote conservative. We need all the help we can get!

Agreed, we need the labor, but it needs to be legal. The tree crew I use for planting and hand spray work are legal Mexican workers on temporary work visas. The business owner, Juan, puts in the work to bring the same crew back every year. They are great workers.
Amen and as it should be; dignified and productive work; with merit in spirit and ethic should mean as much as education and training.

Meanwhile in other immigration topics, the president of Colombia denied 2 flights of repatriated citizens; so Trump put in place emergency 25% tariff on all Colombian goods that would increase to 50% next week.

1 hour later the president of Colombia posts on his home page that he is reversing course and has offered his own presidential plan to repatriate Colombian citizens……

You couldn’t make this shit up!

Trumps post…..

We have SOF in Columbia. Perhaps Trump threatened to bring them home as well.

I don’t know about SOF specifically, but wouldn’t surprise me.

His tariff included revoking all visas for Colombian diplomats and their families among other things.

Just as playing poker. This all builds for when really high stakes are on the table. The other players will have these moves in the memory bank. That he does not Bluff

Or does he ?
And the other leaders are looking around to see which one is the pigeon.

This is very upsetting that the local LEO or Feds allowed these criminals to be freed back into our society. This should be punishable. It seemed that HSI and local police knew where these crooks were.
I can tell you LE in those Marxist sanctuary jurisdictions have their hands tied by the politicians. It's not that they don't want to do their jobs, it's that they are prohibited from doing so. Time to pull Federal Highway Funds from those jurisdictions.

Trump shuts down federal labor smuggling program.

It's really amazing how fast things can actually be done at the federal level, when there is a true will to do it.

I don't think Trump is the second coming, or anything, but he has:

1. Exposed the "deep state" and
2. Demonstrated how quickly things can really be done

Now, if he would just listen to Don Jr. and Eric, there could be great things for American African hunters.

Lion imports
Legal ivory imports

Repealing some stupid stuff in the 1934 National Firearms Act...

Appoint someone with common sense, and conservation-educated, as director of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.

Withdraw from C.I.T.E.S and get an actual Fish & Wildlife biologist to oversee it.

Seems we already have enough examples of USFWS thinking they know better than CITES in that they prohibit certain animal importation to the USA that CITES doesn't.

Drain the swamp!

Drain the swamp!

I understand the sentiment, but I think it would be a good change to follow what CITES allows over where we are now, where we may or may not. An example that comes immediately to mind is leopard from Uganda. We are not allowed to import them. They've got lots of them and they are FAT. Tons of plains game and when they don't feel like chasing them they can turn on the Ankola cattle.

When I hunted there in 2022 a French client of @JKO HUNTING SAFARIS kill a big fat leopard he would take home. We even had one that was hurt by a snare who would come into camp at night. He did this one evening, perching himself up on the "deck" of one of the tents while we were in the dining/drinking/BS'ing area. I kid you not, he was that brazen.

I am righthanded, so not interested in the rifle, but I have a 375 RUM and 350 gr bullet loading data is very hard to come by. If you could reply with information regarding your loads I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Ray Boone, Leavenworth, WA

An excellent AH member right here! I had a fantastic transaction with Hornedfrogbbq (I was the seller). His communication was first rate, payment was extremely fast, and I would have absolutely no reservations at all dealing with him again. Thank you, F!
