In the same time, we have extreme strict gun laws to carry self defense firearm in Europe. Impossible or almost impossible to get CCW permit in Euro countries.

And they are using vehicles for such acts.
This was in 2016.

Sadly, I remember that attack, and a couple of others involving a box delivery truck, bus, van, seems there was also a semi truck and trailer(?) used.

Just proves what I and a lot of others have stated, guns are not the problem. Banning guns will only result in more devastating ways idiots will kill law bidding citizens. Criminals and terrorists don't care about gun laws and bans leaving defenseless law bidding citizens to be there victims as law enforcement fear and cater to criminals, and can only intimidate law bidding citizens.

There are some (but rare) positive examples:
Checz republic has approved the right to use arms to defend oneself and others in their CONSTITUTION:
This is so far the first, and only such example in EU to my knowledge.

The right to bear arms in self-defense is embedded in the Czech constitution

The Senate, the upper house of Czech parliament, has approved the right to use arms to defend oneself and others.
