Aside from Clinton giving China MRV technology, “Chinagate” was a thing in 1996. But, a complicit MSM along with an asleep public let all that slide. Fast forward to 2024 and ActBlue had (has) all the same earmarks as a reincarnated Chinagate. Massive amounts of money coming in from outside the country but laundered through a small seive apparatus avoiding scrutiny, flying under the radar that large, single load contributions would generate. The Clinton Foundation had the smell of a simple side hustle to tap into some of that influence peddled money. Not dissimilar to what the Brandon family syndicate has been doing in several countries like Ukraine and China ever since Ole Joe became VP or earlier?

Hopefully we do find out where the ActBlue money came from and deal with the people administering the fraud on the system. Ken Paxton and some other AG's are starting to dig into this. Hopefully the new DOJ will as well.

I do predict that Hegseth will be confirmed, because he is a fighter, and Trump likes FIGHT, FIGHT,FIGHT. IF you are interested in 2 SF guys thots on Hegseth, may I suggest THE podcast IRONCLAD they cover it well.
Also I saw where a AF general is standing for a court martial on adultery and extramarital affair and fraternization., I didnt know they cared so much , makes me stand proud. I would post but cant seem to make it work .Hès apparently a col, now. JUST wondering if this is to throw a little shade on HEGSETH.? Now about GEN. MILLEY seems he is lobbying for a blanket pardon, what ever for? TO get a refresher on his ILLUSTROUS stint as JOINT CHIEF OF STAFF, MAY I SUGGEST NEWSMAX ,ROB SCHMITT, UTUBE. ITS TIME TO DRAIN THE SWAMP. AND THE RATS ARE ALREADY BEGINNING TO RUN, Have you noticed all the arrest in the last week the F B I has made, They are actually after real criminals for a change. I cant wait to see Trumps hand on the BIBLE and the other in the air, I do swear. next 60 days will be HISTORICAL IN MANY WAYS. 76 MILLION PEOPLE SAID ENOUGH and the sword is drawn.
One last little thing about OH my gosh HEGSETH drinks, ever here of GEN. Grant, a proven drunk, he seems to have done ok.

Milley, Vindman or someone in that vain will be made an example of. ...
And the charges would be what, don't piss Trump off? We are getting closer and closer to a banana republic (yes, I know the Democrats started it).

We are fast becoming a banana republic and I won’t defend this country anymore.

The Constitution I’ll defend to my dying breath. Drain the swamp, kick the RINO’s to the gutter where they belong, let the country divide up into smaller separate nations and pray that at least one of them is a Constitutional Republic like our founding fathers intended with a small federal government.

I’m tired of the corruption, lies, and malfeasance of Washington.

You’ve got to be kidding. They could be major. Vindman is a small weasel and maybe not worth the effort. Milley on the other hand knows exactly how deep he dug his hole in treasonous behavior, otherwise why would he be seemingly trying to cut the line for a preemptive Brandon pardon?

I am no fan of Milley, but What was his treasonous behavior? Cite a specific law or violation of the UCMJ that Milley committed. Despising his boss doesn't count. I should add, I am very familiar with his totally appropriate calls to his international counterparts which were vetted through the interagency process. In fact, I am thankful someone was paying attention to international risks while our president was clearly focused on anything but.

Folks,

While 50% or more of an agency's personal working at home sounds ineffective when spun by TV and YouTube experts, those persons who were productive in the office are also as or more productive working at home.

Those non-productive, retired on active duty type people are equally worthless at home as in the office.

With modern technologies such as MS TEAMS, Zoom, and gosh knows what else, collaboration is as good from at home as in the office, if not better.

My employer allows the option of home or office working. Most everyone selects working from where there will be the least distractions. We do all however meet at work to discuss highly sensitive topics.

Musk has stated that forcing people to return to their office will inspire many to retire or seek other employment. Of that, I have no doubt. I am however afraid that many high producers will change employers if having to chose between working at home or forced to return to less than sufficient cubicles. Time will tell...

The key is clearly defining and aligning work goals to productivity and efficiency standards. Pay and measure according to clear quantified targets.
Then, depending on the task, allow latitude to work from where preferred.

Physical labor and manufacturing is difficult but the rest is wide open.

In my experience, leadership struggles in their abilities to align these things and also to manage and enforce them.
So butt in seat time is confused with real work.

Regarding Vindman, lying to Congress comes to mind. There are probably conspiracy charges related to Ciaramella that possibly tie into Nuland, Pyatt and others.

Probably not.

Probably not.

In Vindman's testimony, he lied and pretended everything crossed out in red below was not part of the conversation. He never expected Trump to release the transcript. He also lied about the whistleblower only for more information to come out later that he and Ciaramella had conversations relating to the phone call. If Bondi wants to go down this road Vindman has some problems.

If Hegseths nomination is pulled, he will still benefit greatly… a month ago he was a little known morning show host on Fox… now everyone in the country knows his name and is interested in him…

He’ll be anchoring a nighttime show soon, have a book deal signed, and will be doing public speaking engagements for twenty five grand a pop for the next three to five years…
I believe Hegseth will be confirmed

The Whitehouse is considering a preemptive pardon of Milley who made secret phone calls to China.
IMO - Milley is a treasonous P.O.S, however, how do you pardon someone without declaring a crime?
This is how a country falls.
If it happens, SCOTUS needs to intervene.

How does the SCOTUS intervene? I see no crossing of the constitutionally allowed pardon. Questionable and unethical perhaps, but it's the downside risk of the POTUS having this power.

Vindman was a huge disappointment and kick in the nads. That he came in acting like Dudley Doright and non partisan. Then we learned he was the complete opposite.

Even though many like Vindman deserve prosecution. And it would be a nice deterrent to those that think of doing these things in the future.

At this point we don’t have that luxury. We need to repair too many broken government agencies. And have 2 years. Maybe we could do both? But we can’t tie up the new regime going after the last two dirty regimes.

So perhaps the new DOJ makes public ALL the dirt and plaster faces and embarrass them. If they can be embarrassed.

I am neither a constitutional scholar, or law expert.
Pardoning someone for an undeclared crime is a very slippery slope, and riding a very fine line of pardoning powers.
If there is something that can fall to SCOTUS intervention, it will be revealed.
I am waiting to see if Alan Dershowitz weighs in on it.
Biden just cant wave a preemptive pardoning wand around for all his deep state cronies, to save them from coming investigations......or can he?

We will find out.

Not going after the last dirty regime, is exactly the mentality that will embolden them to continue that pattern of behavior in the future.
What makes you think they only have 2 years? Have you already surrendered the House & Senate to the democrats after the midterms?

Head's need to roll

I may be wrong but I think he can. At least part of the pardon for Hunter involves crimes not declared. The pardon goes back to 2014, which was before the gun and tax issues if I'm correct.

And there's other historical precedent I believe. When Ford pardoned Nixon, while it was apparent obstruction of justice charges would or at least could be filed, as I recall Nixon had not been officially charged when Ford issued the pardon.

As you say, we shall see.
