In regard to taxing capital gains as ordinary income (Harris policy), UK is planning the same thing. Here is an article on pitfalls which applies to us as well.

It's very obvious to folks who have lived with an alcoholic, but aren't one themselves. You can see it in her behavior, movements, talk. Her general demeanor. It was really obvious when she was outside the DNC talking to those high school girls. And you could see those girls reacting, they knew she was drunk. There are tons of videos of her where she is obviously drunk.

If not, she has some other condition that is being hidden from the public. Oh for the good old days when the media would have outed this....

Not if you are a Democrat in charge of the election in those states, and make up rules as you go.

Minor party candidates can't remove their name from the ballots in states that have that law. Common courtesy should allow for it, but Democrats don't have common courtesy for anything outside their party line.

Yes, but she's got something going on and odds are she is an alcoholic. If not some other disorder that ought to disqualify her from being president. If not legally, certainly morally and through some form of public vetting..

It is pretty obvious if you have suffered through it. The telltale signs are all there in spades.

In Tennessee that would be called baiting, which is illegal.
However....I would be greatly appreciative to have the opportunity to eat all the free apples I could after the harvesting season, while seated comfortably around the various trees, in return provide a reciprocal free service by protecting those trees and fresh fruit from marauding critters; such as deer.

I thought Dana Bash did a pretty good job on the Harris interview last night. She asked some tough questions. I wish she would’ve followed up on the lies and BS answers but overall I thought she did a nice job.

Harris, of course, pontificated with phony platitudes and flat out lied

Dana asked Walz some tough questions and his responses were nothing but bald face lies.

He was a good pick because he’s such a lump of $hi!. He makes her look like the pope.

This should give Trump solid intel on where to hit this dynamic duo.

I'm not 100% sure she is drunk, to me there doesn't appear to be the slurring her words.

However, what is not conjecture is she suffers from anxiety and in particular anxiety from public speaking. So my speculation is that maybe it is a legal medication for anxiety (maybe xanax) that could cause some of the same mannerisms or speak patterns, and word salads.
